I have had both electrolysis on the face and laser treatment on the legs done at this clinic. I am thrilled with both procedures. The laser treatment has worked wonderfully in the recommended number of sessions. I have gone from having to shave my hairy legs every second day to now only needing to remove wispy hairs about once a month. I had to persevere with the facial electrolysis. There were times when I wondered if it was working at all in the initial stages. After assurance that the process was working and I would start to see results, I continued and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I no longer need to worry about seeing or feeling those unwanted and embarrassing hairs on the face. The staff at the clinic are very knowledgable, experienced and professional. Thank you.

I was very apprehensive about having treatment in the beginning but Willeke convinced me to at least give it a go. Willeke has been very professional and knowledgeable about the treatment I received and with only two treatments left to go I’m very happy with the results. The results have been amazing and I highly recommend this clinic for their amazing work.

We recently had an extremely upsetting experience with Electrolysis & Laser Clinic. My family member, who suffers from dementia and requires constant care, was denied the necessary support due to the staff’s rigid and uncompassionate policies. Despite explaining the situation, the staff refused to allow the carer to accompany her to the appointment, which is not only unreasonable but shows a complete lack of understanding and empathy for those with special needs.
Due to this heartless policy, we had no choice but to seek services elsewhere. Despite this, we were still charged for an appointment that we did attend, even though they claimed we never showed up. The staff member we dealt with was rude, obnoxious, and utterly disrespectful, making an already difficult situation even more distressing.
We strongly advise others, especially those caring for vulnerable individuals, to avoid this service and seek out providers who are compassionate and accommodating. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and we hope the management takes steps to prevent such treatment of others in the future.

I've been getting hair removal for a couple of years. It's reduced my hair significantly. They inform you that you will get a bit weepy and scab up a bit while it's healing, but said this is normal. I use laser aid and vitamin E cream to help, and it heals nicely. Send emails in advance rather phone calls or texts to reschedule appointments and they will usually accommodate. They are strict with their cancellation policy as they have a lot of clients, but as long as you show up on time, it's fine.

I wasn’t going to leave a review as I didn’t see point but after visiting my usual electrolysis clinician and my dermal clinician after returning to Victoria I can’t not say anything.

The lady who did my electrolysis treatment was very lovely. Explained to me that she was running a few minutes late, welcomed me in and was very educational. This review is not slander on her character or her personally. I just want people to know of my experience before they visit the company.

Unfortunately my experience otherwise wasn’t great, even before getting to the clinic. I booked in advance in a time slot that suited my schedule. I got an email rescheduling my appointment two days out. I called and was advised “it’s only 15 minutes earlier does it matter?” I was driving 30 minutes from the other side of the coast on a work day, so yes it did matter. Especially when I got there and wasn’t seen until the original appointment time anyway.

I am use to the pain of electrolysis as I have had almost 20 treatments in Victoria. This was something else. I am aware of the aftercare and aftermath of electrolysis and that you may have some scabbing and tenderness. This was something else. I had white blood cells and puss running down my chin on my drive home. That night it was extremely crusty and sore. I left it because I didn’t want to because scarring. This turned into heavy scabbing and burns. These have now scarred and I am working through expensive treatments to repair the scarring. As always, the photos do not do it justice (people at Christmas were SHOCKED). The red spots lasted over 2 weeks, I have never had a recovery time like that with electrolysis.

Although lovely, I wouldn’t recommend visiting. I am unsure of certifications but have been advised and found through my own research that anyone can buy an electrolysis machine and use it without the need to be fully qualified.

EDIT AFTER COMPANY REPLY: If anyone reads this and sees the replies that genuine , factual concerns are met with and still decides to visit this business- Good luck. My 20 treatments aren’t just one area of my body and as a customer I should never have to justify my review to a business. Cop the feedback and try to do better next time.

I have been having electrolysis for a few months now and the results have been great! Willike has been so supportive and explains everything really well. I don't think I would have gone through with it without the support and positive encouragement and I have spoken with a few other people who have finished their treatment at the clinic and they are just so happy they did it. I am looking forward to the day it is all finished, but I am so glad that I found this clinic and they have been so friendly and supportive of my journey. Highly recommend!!
