Hotel is clean. Staff friendly. I’ve heard the apartments are nice with a view of the lake but do yourself a favour and don’t book a studio, unless you like looking at a hospital car park. The room was tiny and claustrophobic with a small window near the ceiling. If you didn’t feel depressed before arriving, spend 5 minutes in the room and you will. Don’t expect to be able to walk to anywhere nice for a meal unless you like hospital cafes. Might be suitable for an overnight business stay or to visit a sick relative in hospital but certainly not for a holiday. We checked out 4 days early, knowing we wouldn’t get a refund, for the sake of our sanity.

Late check in was good, only to get to room to find out at 9pm at night the air-conditioning for bedrooms was broken, rang after hours to be told a note was left in the room about the air-conditioning which there was no note left at all. Couldn't sleep in the room as too hot, so had to sleep on the couch as lounge rooms air-conditioning was working. Only to be offered a $30.00 refund for compensation like what a joke

Stayed here for 3 nights with a mate. Rooms were perfect, exactly what we wanted and as described. Great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Was peaceful and quiet, shops near by, good views. Very happy and satisfied

Remote for carport didn't work, spent an hour waiting for another one. Had to talk to someone that doesn't speak a word of English. Carpark way too small. Aircon temp changes back to 25degrees on its own like its monitored. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with the hotel in a convenient location close-ish to the beach or Sunshine Coast hospital. Situated along Lake Kawana makes it ideal for lake walks.
The drainage however in our room were incredibly smelly which made the whole apartment smell and the morning light coming into the apartment made it impossible to sleep past 6am which was unfortunate. Most of the doors in the place also squeak really loudly which could be easily remedied by some basic maintenance and prevent ongoing sleep disturbance by people in the complex.
The office staff were very accomodating and helpful should you have needs.
