This company is a scam!! Offered a discount package and promise the works. I questioned all of it & should have gone with my gut feeling if “too good to be true” as NEVER been able to use it. By the sounds of all reviews lots of people have been ripped off! Why are they still in business? Let’s do something about this! They changed names & will keep doing so & rip more people off! Disguisting it’s allowed to happen. How do they sleep at night knowing they are doing this? 😥very disheartening & I don’t want any more people to be effected.

Exactly same experience as everyone else here. Constant phone calls, have demanded to be taken off call list but they keep calling. I used to be polite but now I just yell at them and hang up…but they still keep calling! Do not use this company, you can get cheaper rates by booking through other sites.

"Resorts" offered through this membership are not actually cheaper than any other offers on the internet. I paid $350 for a discount resorts "membership" I have never used because I can always find a cheaper room than they have advertised at exactly the same places. Such a waste of money!

There address is level 3 27 Cornmeal Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558

Unfortunately no one will see this to its to late due to them asking u to go to there direct website and not wanting google search due to hundreds of bad reviews. There are also online forums that date back 6 years of bad services.

So far I have notified Maroochydore police, Accc and contacted a law firm for a potential class action lawsuit due to the number of ppl been wrong done by.

We booked a resort stay through Resort Club worth $1000. We then cancelled within the cancellation time period, yet three months later we still have not received our money back despite constantly enquiring.

We've learned that Resort Club never actually paid the resort and that they're sitting on the money, stalling on giving it back to us. DO NOT book anything through this company.

I would avoid this business. They were fast and proactive to offer prices and they were a little cheaper but when we had to cancel the lady avoided me and I had to fight for weeks to get the money back even when the resort said they had not been paid the money by the resort club yet. Apparently they sit on all the money in a trust fund making interest and pay the resort last minute which is how they can knock a few bucks off. Still charged a cancellation fee even though the resort said there wasn't one. Will gladly pay more to deal directly with the resort's from now on they are much more legitimate and trust worthy.
