We have stayed in apartment No4 three times over the last 2 years.
The apartment is always extremely clean and nicely furnished.
The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are very well-appointed, with a great shower.
The bedrooms have very comfortable queen-size beds.
With good water views from the balcony
The complex has covered seating areas around the pool and BBQ area.
5 minutes walk to the beach and cafes
2 minutes to the tavern
We will definitely be back again.

We booked Cheltenham Unit 7 through the Holiday Caloundra website. It is a lovely 2 bedroom unit, updated, with an amazing heated pool, outdoor area and BBQ. It's only a short 5 minute walk to the beach out the private back gate. The unit is on the second floor so some steps to climb but this gives it a lovely leafy outlook from the balcony. Main room has a queen bed and the other 2 singles. Washing machine and dryer were handy, so was the well appointed kitchen. Good value for money. Can't wait to return!

We have just spent four nights at the apartments and we could not be more satisfied. The accommodation was brilliant, beds were so comfortable and the whole place spotless and so well equipped, you couldn't ask for more, so many little extras that make such a difference. Plenty of housekeeping items, washing powder and dish washing liquid and even tissues in the bathroom and towels that would be worthy of a five star hotel. The pool area was also perfect and well maintained, we didn't use the barbeques but they also looked great. So close to Kings Beach, easily accessed via the lane at the back of the apartments, just a short three minute walk and from there you could head into the main Street of Caloundra via the boardwalk. Deb and Dave were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent place to stay whilst in beautful Caloundra.

My husband and his family recently stayed here whilst his father was in hospital. They were all so thrilled with the accomodation. It was clean and bright and had all the comforts of home. There was no air conditioner, but being early September, there was no need for one anyway. The staff were all so lovely and accomodating. There is no lift and his mother's (85 years old) apartment was on the second floor, but she managed ok as the stairs were nice and wide with a good hand rail. Thoroughly recommend

We stayed in 2nd level apartment with ocean view, lots of space for our family of 3, unit had everything we needed was very clean and comfortable felt like home, Managers were so friendly and helpful, even offering to help us with our bags etc up the stairs. Beds very comfortable, my husband and daughter loved the pool. Great location, easy walk to Kings beach, Shelly Beach and Bullock beach. Out the back gate gets you to the Kings Beach Tavern, a short walk further to other takeaways. Although it was booked out, it was so quiet that it felt like we were the only ones there.

We had a third floor apartment - we knew there was no lift so brought our day back packs with us. We didn't mind climbing the stairs at all - good exercise. Great view from the apartment. Yes, it's a little dated, but the price was good and the view great. Our bed was very comfy, and everything was clean. We would stay here again.

I've previously tried other accommodation and decided to give Cheltenham Apartments a go. Stayed there twice this year and will definitely be returning next year.

The host managers Dave and Deb are not only lovely and genuine people, they are exceptional and very helpful if assistance is required. The units are clean, well presented and more than sufficiently equipped as self contained holiday accommodation at very competitive prices.

The beach is only about a 5 minute walk, Moffat Beach is about a 20 minute walk and Caloundra CBD is a beautiful coastal 20 minute walk away with enough cafes and restaurants at all the locations to satisfy.

Looking forward to my return.

Been staying at Cheltenham Apartments for over 14 years and there has never been an issue. Apartments have been updated. Beach is 200 m away. Managers; Deb and Dave are ever so obliging to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Always their to assist as soon as they are notified of any issue. Will always come back.
