I had a great stay, the 1 bedroom unit was spotless, nice furniture, new bathroom and kitchen, air condition and ceiling fans, great pool, nice views from the large balcony towards Kings Beach, sofa bed in lounge. Karen the manager and her staff Victoria were very friendly and helpful in a week with cyclone warnings. Very close to the beach and ocean pool. Near public transport and shops. Everything you need in walking distance. I chose a top floor unit since I don't mind the stairs and love the views.

What a little Gem !
quiet and so close to Kings Beach, cafes, Surf Club, Tavern - park the car, you can walk to all of these. Staff are very Helpful. Our Unit was spotless, Bed was perfect and the shower was hot and powerful. Loved it !! Will be back for sure.

The position is excellent, that’s the only good thing I can say about Golden Leaf. The curtains in the living room and the bedroom had mould on them, we asked for a vacuum cleaner to do the bedroom floor but was told to use the broom provided ( no vacuum provided).The crockery and cutlery could do with updating as well as the pots & pans, no trays in the oven if you want to cook anything. no exhaust fan in bathroom. No insulation between units on the top floor. Definitely Would not stay again. The photo in their profile is not what you get

Location is perfect! My partner and I had a nice clean comfortable one bedroom unit for one week and couldn't be happier. The salt water pool was lovely and warm to swim in and never crowded. We enjoyed playing pool and table tennis in the games room too. Karen is friendly and welcoming.
We will be back.

My husband and II stayed there for a week . Although it was clean, it definitely needs improvements inside and outside apartments. It had an unusual smell inside the house. I am a timeshare owner and it was not the equivalent to where I normally stay. However the highlight of the stay, being close to the beach and restaurants.

Prime location in Kings Beach, can't beat it. Two minute walk to the beach & parks, with the main bus stop right next door for heading into town (when the kids didn't want to walk) or out to key tourist spots.
Mike the building manager is an absolute champion who is always contactable & happy to help. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. We stayed last September and have just booked again for April. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Golden Leaf. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean. Great view from the balcony and a few minutes stroll to the beach and some eateries. Mike the host was more than happy to help with anything we needed. Great little spot.
