Great place to stay. If you want to see, hear and swim in the ocean, Capeview is the perfect spot. The units are across the road from Caloundra's best surf beach and could not be better located. There are a few takeaway food options close by as well. The apartments show their age a bit but unless it's raining several days in a row, you won't want to spend too much time inside. Andy, the manager, is a wonderful bloke and helped make our stay even more pleasant.

We’ve been staying at Capeview for many years and it’s always a fantastic stay. The location couldn’t be better and with Andy as the new manager Capeview is just getting better! Andy went above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable! Highly recommend staying there!

We were a group of 10 ladies who enjoyed three apartments at Capeview Apartments for three nights. |The apartments are well positioned, being within easy walking distance to the shops, the tavern, surf club and beaches.|We all enjoyed magnificent views over the beach to the ocean.|The apartments were nicely renovated, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. They were also impeccably clean.|The heated swimming pool was an absolute delight.|The apartments were very well provisioned with appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, food wraps, etc.|Our building manager, Andy, was so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. He even acted as a porter, transporting luggage from the car park up to the apartments on arrival and back on check out.|I would have no hesitation in booking again to enjoy a few days in one of these lovely apartments at this beautiful location.

Capeview not only has a fantastic view located smack bang in the middle of Kings Beach, it’s also conveniently located near cafes, bars and the Surf Lifesaving club. Patrolled beach is visible from your balcony and Andy the caretaker couldn’t be any more accomodating if he tried! Have stayed here many times and we just keep coming back

Capeview is perfectly situated near a great beach and nearby nature areas. We stayed with two young children and always had some to do. Our stay was made even better by the exceptional and friendly service from the manager Andy. Great experience and stay. Thank you again Andy.

We had the most relaxing couple of days at Capeview Apartment. The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for- Comfortable, clean, perfect location, easy access to the beach and cafes. We had a very pleasant stay sitting in the balcony enjoying the sea views, sun rise and listening to the sound of the waves.|Shaun and Rose thanks for having us - we will definitely be back.

This place is a must. The apartment is fabulous and the views are perfect. The owner came to meet me and was really lovely. The apartment is spacious and clean. Private court yard which was a big bonus, and right next to the pool and BBQ area. Across the road from the beach and had a great deck looking over the beach. Well done. Would recommend to anyone. Beautiful location and views .Apartment clean and all appliances supplied .Rose is absolutely 💯 amazing and polite and friendly. Accommodated for me and my family with travelling late to book in.
Affordable accommodation and we had booked late due to other place not receiving our booking .
Walking distance to everything.
