Older duplex apartments that could do with a refresh, but service and location are excellent

It's always one of our favourite spots.
To have the ability to tie the boat up in our backyard to enjoy Noosa waterways is unbelievably enjoyable.
Warwick, our host, went out of his way to ensure that our large family and their partners were all looked after and spread out over two units.
It is one of the rare times we all get together and always look forward to returning.

We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly. We loved how it was a 10 min walk to all the shops yet felt like we were in a quiet secluded area. The grounds were lovely, each apartment over looking the water out the front. Plenty of take away options in Noosa. Lovely walking path near by, that goes along the water front to restaurants, playgrounds & bbq areas. I would definitely stay at port side again. The apartments were clean, spacious & comfortable. Each apartment also has a garage to park in. Our family enjoy our stay & can’t wait til Return one day!

Highly recommended to stay in Portside Noosa Waters if you wish for a relaxing holiday near good water views, good fishing, nearby restaurants of Gympie Terrace (Noosaville) and Woolworths, BCF etc. shops.||||This is our third time staying here due to Sydney/Airlie Beach/Gold Coast road trips and we enjoyed our multiple stays for much needed rest and relaxation.||||Andrew the manager is also helpful and does his best to make your holiday enjoyable. He took extra effort to fit my last stay in - even at short notice - so he deserves kudos and a recommendation.||||Rooms are spacious, amenities modern and the hot water is good and strong - needed for the recent winter weather when I came back from a morning's fishing on the nearby river. ||You can even fish from the apartment's backyard or fish in the river from a nearby jetty (almost opposite the yacht club). If you have a boat, you can moor it at your apartment and enter the river from a nearby loch system.||||As others have mentioned, it is relaxing and water views from the upstairs bedrooms are good.||||Enjoy the views, the water, the food and the fishing.

Portside waters, what a place, villa 18 was our first visit, just me and my wife, 4 nights, just great. There was private mooring for the boat, if you have one, just a couple of steps from the ranch sliders and you are at the water front. We had fishing gear with us and we fished quite a lot from there, fish were plentiful, bream, rock cod and something big out in the middle that kept breaking me off! Next visit, unit 19 was not as well kept as 18, in fact we were a little disappointed, after villa 18 it was not the best! This time we had the 3 grandkids, they loved the fishing, they caught plenty, plus we had the boat this time, great with the private mooring, there was a private lock, you needed a swipe key to operate, made me feel safe leaving the boat tied up. Third visit was with another couple, unit 17 this time, not up to 18's standard, but better than 19! Again, great with the mooring, great fishing and the use of the lock. The owner/manager couldn't be more helpful, Andrew was always there to help and give advise, BBQ is a good size, well stocked tools to cook with, easy to use, situated by the pool. The pool, at first, appeared a bit small, but it was an excellent pool, heated in winter so you can swim all year round. All in all, good value for money, nice and helpful staff, great all round place to stay, not to expensive either!

A perfect experience, I didn’t want to leave. Amazing location, you are right on the water, breakfast or a wine overlooking the beautiful view is relaxing. Great modern facilities create exceptional comfort and walking distance to many restaurants, yacht club and beach activities. Andrew and co are exceptionally helpful. It is now in my yearly calendar, can’t wait to return.

Stayed 3 nights Thurs - Sun in a 1 bedroom (2nd room closed off) villa. The location is awesome especially if you have a small boat. We were able to moor up at the front of our villa, saving time of on and offloading from the trailer. The villa itself was well appointed and spacious. It was clean but like some previous comments, it could do with a deep clean to remove dust from window sills, wipe the walls etc just so that you know it is thoroughly clean. Satisfactory for the price. Walking distance to Noosaville cafes etc and handy to the marina restaurants too. Pool is a nice temp. Will stay again.
