We have stayed at LCC almost 10 times since 2011 (in apartments 4, 5, 8, 10, 11 and 12 - most of those twice or three times). While they weren't ever a cheap option for an apartment holiday at Noosa, they weren't crazily priced - until now. I went to book a week again this year and for five nights - the month before school holidays - it was going to be double what I've paid in the past - $6500! I'm sorry, it's a nice enough place, but is no where near worth $6500.

We paid a lot of money for an average stay. We stayed here years ago but it has gone downhill even though it has been renovated. It's definitely not what I would consider a luxury stay.||It was peak season so we paid top dollar to stay 7 nights but the unit was not properly serviced and numerous things were broken like the stove, the exhaust fan in the second bathroom and some blinds. ||We have two little kids, a 3yo and a 6yo and obviously wanted to cook some meals in the unit. There were no frying pans or large pots for cooking provided. It turns out the stove is an induction stove so only certain pans or pots can be used on it after we had bought our own frying pan to try and use. Management ended up getting us some pots and pans on day 4 (and were very apologetic) but we feel that is something that should have already been there.||We stayed at Unit 8 with its own private plunge pool but due to the weather it was constantly dirty (it's directly under a large tree with seeds and leaves) and overflowing, after numerous requests to drain the pool someone came to drain it after 3 days. The outdoor area was unusable as so dirty and although we tried to sweep it ourselves you couldn't sit out there. This was mostly because of the bad weather which management can't help, but anyone thinking of staying in that unit should be aware of it.||Note also that the washing machine and dryer is one of those combined ones and so it was practically useless when trying to dry anything including towels. In order to dry the towels, it took 2.5 hours on the time dry setting.||The location is excellent though as it is directly across the beach from Little Cove beach. That was the only redeeming feature.

We love Noosa and Little Cove Court is in a great location!|However, we stayed in Unit 2, which has been renovated recently, but done on the cheap! The bed was super hard, no kitchen table as such, just hard uncomfortable stools that sit around a small timber bench that comes off the island bench. The outdoor balcony was very tiny, with tiles missing and second bedroom tiny. The internet was very limited. |Not worth $900 a night! Very overpriced for a very small apartment with no luxury at all. |Great location and helpful hosts. |

Beautiful modern spacious apartment spread out over four levels. The location is perfect, directly opposite Little Cove Beach, pleasant 10 minute walk to the main beach, shops and cafes, and direct access to all the amazing walks through the headland national park. There's a lot of steps, which didn't bother us, but for young children or the elderly it could be very challenging. The apartment pool was a bit disappointing as the tiles look old and it was dirty with a lot of dead mosquitoes, but with a great communal pool and close beaches, it wasn't missed. The apartment was perfectly presented on arrival and was well equipped. The view is spectacular, especially from the top terrace. Reception were friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Jess was great organising our airport transfers. Definitely recommend.

This is our 2nd visit to Noosa and our 2nd time staying here at Little cove Apartments.|Last time we stayed at apt 4 with a plunge pool but it was July and freezing. The great thing about this apt was you can go to the beach directly from the apt.|This time we stayed in apt 2. Decor is slightly outdated but very comfortable. A little light on for utensils and sharp knives but not a problem for us.|The biggest draw back was the mezzanine main bedroom. Low in privacy and noisy when the kids are up in the morning or if the tv is on in the evening. |Wifi is very limited and drops out regularly, Foxtel was on the lowest package and therefore didn't have many channel options.|The location is wonderful. Little Cove beach is just across the road. The beautiful board walk takes you either into Hastings street or the other way to the national park. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful lush greenery and the gardens are framed by beautiful rock walls. Undercover car park for each apartment is great.|Management has always been friendly and welcoming. We were also accomodated with late check out which was very generous.|Would love to say we will be back but the budget won't allow. If you can afford it I would highly recommend this place.

A serene tropical setting in the heart of Noosa National Park.
No. 1 for location as there are steps that take you down to the famous Little Cove beach. The small secluded beach is not as hectic as Main Beach.
You can also stroll to restaurants and shops in approximately 15 minutes which is wonderful as you don't have the stress of parking in the very popular Hastings Street.

I stayed in unit 8 and it was amazing. Last year i was in Unit 4 and loved it. The views are sensational and the position is perfect. Virtually in the National Park and 1 minute stroll to the beach. 5 minute walk to the cafes and boutiques. |Rooms have everything one needs. |Mark and Jess did everything to make the stay so wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 nights at Little Cove Court. The apartment was great, fantastic layout and in a super location directly opposite Little Cove beach. Excellent proximity to Hastings Street for great restaurants and shops, and Noosa National Park where there are some very nice walks.
