Very nice and good size apartments..just few matters on the state of the room which left me and my kids ill

I moved here in December 2018 and have loved this place from the moment I moved in. The AC has kept the place nice and cool this summer month and the room sizes are very generous. The views from the balcony are amazing and this is an incredible place to live if you’re employed at SCUH/SCUPH or any of the surrounding shops/medical precinct businesses. The management here does an amazing job and they’re very helpful. This is the first place I’ve lived as an actual adult (apart from Uni share houses) and I have not been disappointed.

This is a beautifull 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroom with central cooling and heating system and one car space with small storage in the basment we pay $420 per week. However i gave it one star because when my partner and i first moved in (26 of august 2017) they did not inform us that we cant us the AC under 24 decrees and only end of last month we were informed that tenant are not allowed to park their secound car in the visitor parking. Therfore all tenant have to park in the paid carpark that will cost $20 per day. This aparment is perfect for anyone that does not love to keep there house cold on a hot summer day and has no secound car.
