Excellent place to stay at very good price. Large rooms, comfortable beds and great amenities. Swimming pool right outside our door with bbq facilities and tavern only metres away with play area for kids. We extended stay with an extra night.

I stayed here over Christmas.
The manager of gbt let someone else in my room, when I wasn't there.
He didn't close the door properly,so I got robbed after that, my personal contents got taken and the hotel did NOT care at any point. Nore to fix the problem and they have video evidence.
Poor venue staff communication/ zero responsibility taken and safety as a women alone.. not good. I don't want people entering my room when I'm there or not...

Great hotel with exceptionally comfortable rooms. The pool was fantastic. Very well priced. Hotel is surrounded by a lot of supermarkets, shopping centres and amenities. At least 20 minute walk down to the beach but it is a nice walk.

We came back to our room after leaving for an hour and it was infested with 100's of ants. The receptions response was giving us a can of raid and go spray them ourselves. We're now in a room coughing from the spray and it stinks. No offer of a different room or refund and we may get the ants back again. Horrid customer service.

For our first time staying in Caloundra i think we hit the jackpot with our hotel.
Room was a great size & very clean. Location was perfect 👌

The room was exceptionally clean and matched the photos on the website.The bed was comfortable. The large bathroom with huge rain shower. The pool! It was a really good size and really deep. Great for keeping small kids out of it. It was crystal clear too. The attached tavern for a beer.👍 The person at the reception was more than happy to get us extra things like a toaster and cutlery etc.

Lovely renovated room. Breakfast provided, close to everything. Was a lovely quick getaway for 25th wedding anniversary.
