Recently stayed for 4 nights in Sea Eagle Appt. No.10. Apartment was fine with great sea views, and the complex, though older, was well maintained. But.......
There is currently construction taking place immediately next door ( as of November 22-26, 2020), and this involved ground breaking tools like an excavator mounted rock pick. Very irritating and loud noise every day, starting at 7 am and finishing at 5 pm. If I had been told this before booking, I would have gone elsewhere. But i was not.
Put a big damper on our holiday. For $200 + per night, I dont expect to have to put up with loud industrial noise all day. Notification on the website or offer of a discount for the noise would be an appropriate response. Hopefully help the next renter.

Great position not to far from the restaurants birds eye view of the Eagles and ships coming and going unit is spacious for a family or just two
