Ridiculously over priced ($7,000 without a holiday discount) so you would expect the rooms to be relatively clean. This was not the case as the resort is littered with cockroaches and cane toads - pictures included. An onsite gym was advertised but wold be considered as am after thought. Got a good use out of the sauna though 😂. Do your research before booking.. plenty of other resorts around. On site parking not bad, guest spots available.

This place is no longer available for holidays. We rang and sent text message, finally spoke to someone who advised they no linger do short term stays - we wanted a week - and the apartments are only for longer tenancies. Has been this way for years she said. |The “resort” should be removed from Tripadvisor immediately.

Some of the fittings could use an update, but the size of the apartment was great and the balcony overlooked the marina, which made it a great experience. Also very peaceful. Shops and pub within walking distance. Management we're good to deal with. It is recommended to Book directly.

Wow - what a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic views of the Marina from every room. All the conveniences are so close buy, you can just park the car in the secure parking bay and just walk for any of your needs. Our room was so spacious, clean and had everything we wanted in an apartment. Loved the place so much that we looked at apartments that were for sale in the complex. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful resort.

Amazing views. Very clean bright apartment. Kids loved the pool. Staff so friendly always said hi when they were walking around. Easy check in. Shops walking distance. Beaches a short drive away. Highly recommend staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Our family spent 3 nights in the Penthouse with 3 adult couples. There was ample room for all our needs including excellent balcony and rooftop area with beautiful views of the Marina. Although resort is not near beach, it was a short drive to beautiful Mooloolabah beach and shopping precinct. Apartment was clean and modern. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very secure. It was much better value compared to smaller apartments in Mooloolabah. Lots of shopping nearby with Kawana Shoppping centre within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment, pool facilities and bbq also very nice ! The apartment was so spacious and gorgeous views. Receptionists also lovely and waited for our late check in on a Sunday which was really appreciated. Definitely book this, you won’t be disappointed. We walked in Mooloolaba one day but took about 40 minutes so most people would prefer a taxi 🙂

Great location, accompanied by helpful staff. Well maintained amenities, like swimming pool, sauna, shower rooms.
The rooms are spacious, with two levels. Rooms are well furnished. Breathe taking views. The kitchen area is well furnished with cooking range, fridge, oven and microwave. Spacious bathrooms with decent amount of amenities.
The place is located right next to the water, with shops and supermarkets walking distance
