Great price and lovely view. Rooms are a good size but our second bedroom had a bright light outside that could not be switched off. The shutters did not block out the light very well. Also, as the windows for this room opened into a walkway used to access other units you could not open the windows. This would probably be OK for kids but not adults.
Great being across the road from the surf club and a walk to restaurants.

Just had a restful week in apartment 34. Recently refurbished, it was super clean and very stylish with everything we needed for a week long stay. As I only came with carry on luggage I really appreciated the laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. Beds and living area seating was very comfortable. Two balconies on the apartment meant that I could follow the sun for relaxing. Half way between Maroochydore and Maloolaba means that everything is within walking distance. With the beach across the road and the resort pool, plenty of opportunities for sunning and swimming. Hope to return soon!

Perfect location. Perfect for a couple or a single. Main room has wonderful view.
If you're unfortunate enough to have a bedroom with a window facing away from the view you will probably have a bright light outside your bedroom window that will keep your room very light all through the night. Window coverings need to be better or the lights need to be repositioned. Kids may be OK with this. Definitely not adults!
Main room was fantastic but if you are travelling in an adult group using secondary bedroom, be aware.

Great location in a busy area rooms clean and neat good outdoor furniture. Casting to tv didn’t work and tv was on a strange angle. Staf very helpful friendly and professional small but well maintained pool and excellent car oar with trolleys to convey goods to room

Had the BEST holiday at Alex Seaside! The views were incredible, you could see all the way from Coolum to Mooloolaba. We watched the sunrise over the horizon every morning. Stayed with family and found it really easy access and location, we all enjoyed the pool table and the spa. |10/10- would stay here again, room was clean and staff were really nice!

Lovely apartment, we were on the top floor. Fabulous views and really spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were ready friendly even if we did have to meet outside(foyer was being relaid) close to everything. Great layout for teens! Lounge seperated the bedrooms. Car park for our unit(36) was a tad tight for a jeep.

Perfect position. Access to everything and great views. Staff all very friendly and professional. Wifi has been upgraded recently and is super. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Building is being re painted but the workmen are no problem and noise is at a minimum (room 34)

An older building, but we'll maintained. The lift was being upgraded while we were here so we were thankful to only be in the second floor🤣
The ladies at reception are exceptional at communicating with me once the unit was booked, answering my questions, notifying is of the lift upgrade prior to our arrival.
On the whole, a well priced, quiet, well positioned accommodation that is well managed and maintained. Thoroughly recommend it
