Long wait for lunch on a Saturday, and there is also a surcharge Which would possibly be Saturday and Sunday. That wouldn’t be so bad if they employ enough staff to warrant the surcharge that they are placing on their service.

We waited nearly an hour after ordering our meals. As you can see one of the burgers, the buns for that burger were burnt and they still had the audacity to serve it, My barramundi wrap was a bit green around the gills, but that’s apparently because it was a spinach wrap. 🤪😊 The rest of the meals were over a standard that you would expect.

Would I recommend the cafe yes but be warned of the surcharge for Saturdays and Sundays, the wait which may be involved as they obviously don’t put on enough staff to cover how busy they can be, even though they have a surcharge.

Didn’t notice a lack of bin chickens around here, take from that what you will.

Had an Açai bowl. Average at best and way overpriced. $17 for a tub of Açai, a couple of strawberries, a few slices of banana and a drizzle of honey. Sprinkling of muesli and apparently berries but counted maybe 3.

Never experienced auch a poor customer service. Ordered with the request to exclude certain allergens (no butter) and the toast came lightly buttered. Luckily I examined before giving to the kids. Returned it and advised kids have an allergy. No apology offered and took a long time till we were served again. 15 minutes for a dry toast. such a shame, the location is great and the food is actually good as well, but not a business I want to give my money to.

really poor customer service, lady that served us had no smile and no kindness, she was not understanding or patient when taking our order. waited 40 minutes for two meals, one was grilled barramundi and was very soggy and wet. when she brought our food out she didn’t smile at us or say anything and basically dumped the plates

I previously gave this establishment a perfect review but my latest experience has soured the business for me.

The day prior to this review, I went with my friend for lunch and I ordered two fish and chips meals for us both. Despite the fact that the business advertised a 2 for 1 meal deal involving fish and chips, I was charged full price for both meals. I did not realise this until I went for lunch the day after. I complained to them, but they said you have to mention the deal for it to apply. There is no fine print terms and conditions which dictate such a requirement applies. And I am not a confrontational person so I did not feel like causing a scene.

My friend whom I was eating with me suffered similar poor service. One of them who had ordered a citrus tart was not given it and had to ask for it to be given over. And one table away from ours, they complained to us that their cappuccino had been given to us and not to them, and they had been waiting an inordinately long time.

I am not local to this area, but visit my friend who lives nearby. But I will definitely be seeking alternatives for going out when returning.

Wasn't impressed! $14 for eggs on toast. The sign says "cooked how you like" but was told they could only fry or scramble. So choose scrambled and not good, very dry and tasteless. Two pieces of toast were good but not for $14 that's for sure. Prices are high for what you get.

As a local we love walking down to Thrills for a coffee as it’s a beautiful spot to be and the coffee is great. Tonight we decided to have dinner there, never again! After waiting 50 minutes we received overcooked awful food. This was my husbands fisherman’s basket. The piece of fish looked like it had been broken off😡
