Excellent complex with nice facilities and well maintained . The rooms are modern and fresh with some excellent touches for customers , also the pool area is modern and clean with spa pool , Sauna and BBQ . The Kitchen is modern and well equipped and the beds are excellent , a great experience and will definitely stay again

Wonderful resort ! Jo the manager gave us excellent help and service on arrival as we had been let down by a previous establishment . Stay here and you won’t be disappointed with the facilities : Sauna , Pool ,Jacuzzi and BBQ with outstanding accommodation. Thanks Jo

Made contact with this property regarding the noise of the leaf blower and mower that could be heard at the neighbouring property, due to the early hour of the day. As people come up here to sleep in, rest and recharge.

Understand maintenance needs to be conducted, however, later in the morning (given the type of environment and location situated).

After contacting the property directly, I received nothing but a rude condescending tone, in which the individual proceeded to regurgitate the exact same information in regards to noise laws as provided to them in the first half of the phone call, rather than apologise they proceeded to disconnect the call.

As a Brisbane local who frequents Noosa regularly, I will not be staying here. As this is not how people should be treated, guest or not.

Location is spot on right in the middle of everything. I walked to main beach most days lovely 25 minute walk, 5 minutes to the river and amazing restaurants and if you want to go further there is a bus stop virtually right outside. The resort is pretty the pool is warm even in the middle of winter, the rooms beautifully fitted out and management super friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

We stayed at CoCo Bay resort for 2 nights, can I just say that this place was beautiful the pool, spa, sauna and bbq area is just stunning. The kids were in the pool all day, they provided toys for the kids to play with in the pool balls and kick boards. They truly take pride in this property. We had someone elderly staying with us and it wasn’t a problem with them bringing a bed downstairs for him to sleep in as he can’t do stairs, we were very grateful. We stayed in unit 23 and it was just beautiful very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen, smart tv and beautiful views. We will be recommending this place to all our family and friends. Thanks again for letting us stay.

We have stayed here twice now and it has been wonderful each time. The owners are lovely and were very understanding when we had a mix up with days! The grounds are kept really well and the pool is great for kids with a nice easy slope. Perfect facilities in each with everything you could need. Excellent location with just a short stroll to cafe's and the river with boat hire. An absolute gem and we will definitely be back!
