We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an executive poolside apartment to celebrate a special birthday. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern and well maintained.
We were spoilt for choice between the 3 pools, sauna and spas with beautiful well maintained gardens.
Great location next to the river, and only a short walk to cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for a week just after Christmas. We found the accommodation to be in a fairly great location. Although found the “resort” wasn’t really a resort, more like self contained apartments. The rooms were clean and tidy however quite outdated and could do with a refresh. There wasn’t enough supplies to last the week eg soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper which we found frustrating when we paid over $5000 for the week. We did enjoy our stay, the location was fab and the accommodation was clean and tidy just tired.

Holiday ❘ Family|Just had a lovely week with the kids at Noosa Outrigger,|The apartment was very modern and spacious and overlooked one of the beautiful lagoon pools. The kids loved the 3 pools, 2 were heated with hot spas. The resort is very well kept, beautiful tropical gardens, and very spread out around the 3 pools so plenty of different areas to enjoy . The location is great, with the Noosa River Foreshore right at your front door, and many great restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back!!

The location is excellent, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, though a bit outdated. The pools, gardens, and BBQ areas are well maintained. However, it’s more of a serviced apartment than a true “resort,” with no cleaning provided during the stay. They are also quite stingy with basic things like soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and fresh towels or sheets were not supplied over our 6 night stay. Considering these factors, the price feels quite steep.

We've stayed at the Outrigger many times over the past 10 years, and keep coming back. 3 pools, on-site parking, great apartments, top location away from the hustle of Hastings St. We're a fam of 5 so always opt for the 3-bedders. Seems apartments are mostly privately owned / leased, so some are better equipped than others (eg plenty of dinnerware, cooking utensils like tongs, fresh bin liners, dishwasher tablets, etc).

The property managers were wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Noosa River is beautiful and there's loads of bars and restaurants. Getting to Hastings and the beach is a pleasant flat 30 mins walk or 10 mins drive / bus. Easy peasy.

We just had a 3N stay at the resort, feels more like serviced appartments, than a resort , close to amenities and river just across. Pools are clean and kids loved it.
Our 3 BR apartment was clean, but the rooms are way too congested apart from main BR .
Would share the same sentiment bit stingy but when I went to ask they obliged.

Excellent location and really nice landscaping. The rooms are big, quiet and generally nice.

My main complaint is how stingy they are with things like soap, shampoo, kitchen basics and toilet paper. Only one towel per person, etc. They have a bare minimum on hand. I found it quite annoying to have to go buy a large bottle of shampoo, soap, paper towels, etc since they only have a 1-2 day supply. It wasn't the cost of buying the extras it was the hassle of having to go get them and then waste of binning stuff. If they aren't going to supply the basics they should take "resort" out of the name and call them apartments.

One of the most underrated resorts in Noosa. We enjoyed the location, the quiet relaxing atmosphere compared to Hastings St. The kids were spoilt with 3 pools to choose from and we were spoilt with our immaculate 3 bed apartment. Honestly didn’t want to hand the keys back after our 4 nights. Definitely recommend for families.
