I just had the worst experience with one of your staff members. She put cream in my coffee, and I politely asked if I could have it without cream (the menu clearly states that "frappes come with cream on request"). The woman at the counter didn't ask me anything, rolled her eyes, tipped the drink out without saying a word, and remade it. Then, another woman handed it to me, and as I was looking at her, she said, “BYE!” I asked why she was being rude, and she responded, “I wasn’t rude, I remade your drink.” Honestly, I would have been fine if she had just scooped the cream off. I told her, “You rolled your eyes at me, and I asked for lactose free milk - why would I want cream on top?” She then started yelling from the counter, with everyone around me looking, and in a very condescending tone said, “Noooo, I wasn’t rude,” before adding, “Move along” as I was walking away. This is incredibly poor customer service. The younger staff members were lovely pity about the old hag.

Went to the coffee club castle town for breakfast, the food was stone cold when I asked for the issue to be rectified one of the lady’s quoted. “There is always an issue” we sat back down, the manager came over to our table with only half of the refund and slammed it on the table in front of all the customers dining in. 2 of the staff members got aggressive and abused us saying “you guys are now banned” the young girl working was quite embarrassed with the behaviour of the older staff members, this is the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever seen. All the customers sitting down was looking around wondering why the staff was so abusive.
There was also children with their families dining in as well, children should not see grown adults behaving like that. I am disgusted.

Well here we are again. Coffee club. Deja vu. Just do something right fit us to continuously cone back again and again. Well cappuccino for me and mocha for the wife. Maybe scones and fresh cream or a toasted Jan and cheese sandwich. It should sound good to me. Well about to go and order my lunch so enjoy and drop by Caleb. Cheers big ears

My friend and I came here yesterday for a toasted sandwich and a drink each. How do they get a toasted sandwich tasting horrible?
The tops of the tomato was used, YUCK! Why? They are the throw away bits. Seriously we found 3 ends between two toasties. No taste, I reckon the grilled chicken was recycled, from someone’s plate. The chips were cold, as was the chai. That was made from syrup, not powder form. 🙄
We use to come here every week, well guess what! That has now changed, we would rather spend our 40+ dollars elsewhere. We will be finding another venue, definately. Castletown is a big place.
I should have had a second thought, when I saw the clientele had been halved.

Ordered 4 meals, while we were waiting for our meals another 3 people came in sat down & ordered. Their meals had come out, they ate & left before we had any of our meals brought out. After 45 minutes 2 meals came out, 20 minutes later a staff member came & asked if we were waiting on anymore meals we told them what we were waiting for (smashed avo on sourdough & veggie big breakfast) another 15 minutes go by my avo on sourdough comes out all slapped together by what looked like a 2 year old. 20 minutes later another staff member came & asked if we were waiting on anything else, we told them AGAIN what we were waiting for. 10 minutes later we asked to cancel the order, the manager was rude & coughed out a half a**ed apology. Coffee was terrible, food was presented terribly & tasted very ordinary. Never again would I waste a cent in that place. Rude staff (besides one young lady), horrible food (the meals we did get) & overall terrible experience.

Disappointed I waiting 30mins for my meal, I was forgotten about, everybody who’d come and ordered after I did got their before I did. Even when I got my meal it was awful.
