What an unexpectedly enjoyable stop over.|Staying overnight while transiting. |The facilities were super clean, well appointed and splendid value for money. |Great location too!|The best part of the trip was the lady who checked me in. She was friendly with a smile and also directed me to where the closest restaurants were. |It was a pleasant change from the usual check in no emotion type exchange far too frequent these days. I could tell this lady genuinely cared and wanted my visit to me the most comfortable end enjoyable.

Location great, pool area beautiful. Room older, but fresh, just too heavy on the cleaning scent, smelt like a hair salon. We did have a leaking aircon but they were quick to try and rectify. Staff were friendly, location is great, if you are in for, be aware it is on a hill. Recently taken over in the last 8-9 months, so disregard any old reviews.
We felt safe staying and went for killers concert so they ran a special which was great.

Straight after the floods. Constant rain making the tiles outside and inside rooms dangerous. The mattress was awful and rooms should be serviced more than once a week. Bar fridge leaked. The laundry was also average. Service/Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and BBQ area was lovely.

Incredible service at the Roberts Town Hotel. Jess went above and beyond to ensure my group was well looked after. Always genuine and willing to help. Highly recommend booking and supporting the property.

So pleased we decided to stay here. As previous reviews state, the location & staff are great. It’s definitely not upmarket but the rooms and areas are clean and the cost affordable. The pool area is fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Staying at this hotel was the worst experience ever. Upon entering, a musty odor indicated neglect and poor cleaning.

Things worsened when my watch went missing. The staff was unhelpful, seeming uninterested in assisting or investigating.

Overall, the hotel's ambience was revolting and unacceptable. I couldn't wait to leave and would advise against staying here if you value cleanliness, safety, or your possessions.

I chose this place for the pretty friendly room. My dog was welcomed. There is a vacant land next door for toilet stops and plenty of places to go walking. Room was clean and staff super friendly. Thank you
