This is a fabulous service apartment centrally located in North Lakes . Just 30 mins from the airport or easy 3 minutes drive ( 8 minutes walk ) to a large Westfield . We stayed in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect .

The apartment seemed recently renovated and was fully furnished to a high standard that had everything we needed . The essentials for a weeks stay of washing machine , dryer and dishwasher worked perfectly. The real bonus for me was the resort style pool . Perfect for a few morning laps . There is even an on site coffee shop with decent bistro style menu .

The apartment management staff were excellent and very approachable. We stayed one night at a ‘brand name’ hotel by the lakes but Boulevard North Lakes was so much better , larger and cheaper ….

Highly recommended for whatever your needs are in Great Lakes . Thanks for letting us stay !

First, staff are responsive. We were visiting as a family and all our requests and selfishness were taken care of.
There is a gym, swimming pool and BBQ area attached and available.
There is a lake within walking distance and a shopping mall. We had no problems with food and were comfortable.
Our room had two bedrooms and two showers each, so my family could use them without having to fight for them.

I am really impressed by the staff, they are too nice.
There was another hotel that was on the shortlist, but the whole family says they are happy here.

I cannot say one negative thing about this place. I turned up on the weekend when the office was closed but that was no problem, with all the details left in the safe for me. The owner, Linda, didn't forget one single thing leaving an extremely detailed welcome sheet(s) with all the instructions. The room and the rest of the building is in immaculate condition. I always scan the rooms when I first check in and look for dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom or on tiled floors, etc... but this place is pristine. They even give us good quality dunny paper! This place easily earns 10/10. If I ever need to come back to this area again this will be the place that I book. Beautifully maintained apartment! This complex is extremely clean, the staff most helpful. We had a faultless check-In on a Sunday afternoon when reception is unmanaged. Linda went out of her way to give faultless directions to the apartments.
Monday morning she introduced herself to us, and asked how we had settled in.
All up 100% satisfaction…….. definitely will be recommending this complex.

We were just at the cafe & didn't try the hotel out. The meals were outstanding. I love this place because they do the sticky chai! I didn't get a good video, sorry. But it has a ton of strong flavours! A true pick me up! My partner wasn't too keen on his iced chai unfortunately, saying it wasn't strong enough. But the meals were outstanding! It's only a small cafe & I'm surprised it's never packed!

Haven't even stayed one night yet, and it's excellent.
Fantastic service from Linda when we arrived.
Everything you need in the room, 2 bedroom apartment with all cooking facilities, loungeroom and separate bathrooms.
Would definitely stay again! Wonderful place.
