It has taken a while to write this review as we bought our spa, (the Vortex Nitro), in November (too busy enjoying our new spa :). We wanted it before Christmas but thought it would be too late but Peter ensured us that we would be enjoying our new spa on Christmas day! not only did that happen but it was also delivered earlier than expected! Our expereince from start to finish was amazing and would highly recommend Spa World if you are thinking of buying a spa. Communication, product and service was spot on!

Peter and Nick have made for such an easy experience purchasing our first spa. We were clueless, and had lots of questions. They are both so friendly and helpful, and made us feel at ease about the whole process. When you walk out of the shop you feel you have just made some new friends! (Ask Peter to do his racing commentary! )The whole Spa World team are delightful to deal with including the spa concierge, the online store and the amazing & professional delivery guys.
