A nice little area to see some koalas! It's great that it is free. The park itself it quite large with trails, but the actual center is small. Maybe only 5 koalas there we could see? We probably were there only a total of 30 minutes watching the koalas and reading Information. There is a small theater for educational films, but we did not stay to watch. Kids for sure love this place.

A very relaxed way to see koalas at the education centre. Also a great place for picnics, children and enjoying the bush away from the digital world. Keep driving around the road if you can’t find a carpark first up.

Fun weekend activity, perfect for sunday family day.

There's a trail that you can follow if you're into walking/jogging and a couple of BBQ pits as well.

Bonus is the Koala interaction conducted by the wildlife officers that is fun to watch and very informative.

It's just less than 30 minutes' drive from Brisbane and with free entrance. It is a very nice place to visit and hang out with familyandfriends. There is a big open park with tables and chairs to picnic. We also visited the Koala Rehabilitation Centre and had a chance to learn more about koala and their habitat.

Absolutely amazing, spent almost an hour there. They are not always active like the picture I took, we were so lucky. We arrived their around 1:10pm and they all having their meal πŸ˜€. If you didnt catch them happen to have their meal of the day. They would normally be sleeping. I guess maybe give the center a call before heading there might be a good idea if you don't want taking chances. But overall, I think it is a wonderful experiences and not so many people too.

Was VERY busy but going first day of QLD school holidays will do that. Was really hard to find a carpark due to the number of people, couldn't find an empty picnic table and was really loud (but there was multiple kids parties on so a given). However the parkland was really pretty, well maintained, easy to navigate. The centre was informative, clean, with good viewpoints of the koala's. Next time will do one of the trails and pick a less busy weekend.

This is an absolutely beautiful spot, a short drive from Brisbane City. Walking tracks, bike tracks, horse tracks and an incredible open area with seats, bbqs and heaps of space to kick a ball around.
