New management has changed everything. They charge more for less time. Which is fine but less also gets done. It was once the best in C town. Now there average. Years of great work gone down the drain. Looking for a new place closer to home?

I'm not sure how to rate this venue. It was once pretty good but now I'm not too sure. The massage itself hasn't changed too much, but it's the quality of service that has changed. In the past this venue to to provide Happy HJ endings. Most staff girls didn't even charge any extra. I'm not sure if it's something that's still provided as it wasn't on my most recent visit.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!
First I wait an hour for a booking which is fine, then I’m sitting there 10 minutes past my booking time , I’m patient…. Then a girl comes in who has a booking after me and he was about to take her in first, I said no no I’m 12:05… I’m first?
Only then did he say oh yes I’ll do your massage first….
I booked for head neck and shoulder massage $45- 30 minutes… he put $50 on the eftpos machine !!!! I said no no $45!! He said you’re pregnant extra $5!! I said NO THATS DISCRIMINATION!! ILLEGALL !! He tried to say that the “HEAD NECK AND SHOULDER” massage is different because I am pregnant ?!!!! The massage is NO WHERE near my belly or back!!!
Once I mentioned how illegal that is he then said okay I do for $45 !!!!! Absolute DISGUSTING SERVICE, TREATMENT & not to mention the massage was horrendous!! I am BRUISED today because the massage wasn’t even a massage, I got thumbs pressed into my body for 30 minutes !!! The blankets they put over you SMELL like a disgusting storage cupboard !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE!!! !!!!!!!

Went to the Macarthur branch about a month ago and also the Parramatta branch about 3 months ago. All I can say is : Don't go to either. They employ lots of unqualified students - and you get worse than a student massage. They don't listen or understand. I asked for a firm massage and I get a soft massage. I ask for a soft massage I get a firm massage. And you pay top dollar for the privilege. The girls don't want to be there - but that's all they can do. You ask for a whole body massage and 8/10 of the time is spent prodding the back. With a few rubs on the back of leg. Nothing at all on the front of body. Typical of sausage factory shopping centre massage places.Never again.

Way too much pressure on my shoulder blades and spine he dug his elbows into them and then proceed at the end to tell me my back was tight and asked if I wanted cupping. Won’t be going back there

Horrible massage techniques were terrible the massasue didn't speak English had to get front staff to come in to explain I had a migraine when she told me she didn't know what that was (didn't speak English either) horrible would never ever go back there will also be reporting to my private health fund as the person who treated me wasn't qualified!

Worst massage I have ever gotten. Staff barely speak English and I doubt they have ever received training. DO NOT GO HERE
