Long black grande unfortunately not as tasty as what I expected ❌

I guess it needs 1 more coffee shot. Cup size is too big for 2 shots. When you too up with hot water, you feel like drinking only hot water ❌

I’ve come here everyday before work for the past 2 months and unfortunately both days this week I’ve ordered an iced mocha that’s just tasted like chocolate milk. I get a tall size with a double shot so I know I can usually taste the coffee but it seems the coffee shots have been missed 😞 service is always lovely even when it’s busy in the drive thru ☺️

Honestly tragic service and quality compared to the now closed tugan store. You can’t have a bad attitude AND be that bad at your job.

great service! staff are always nice and friendly, especially employee Nikkita, who's super smiley whenever i order my iced coffee. rarely have to wait long, and always tastes decent. shes also really pretty.
