My friends and I had the most rejuvenating experience at Healing Garden Bathhouse! From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of calm and tranquility. The space is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to promote relaxation and healing. Each element, from the ice bath to the sauna, was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for immersing myself fully in the experience.

John and Jessica, the owners, are truly amazing. They bring such warmth and care to the bathhouse, making every guest feel welcome and valued. Their knowledge and passion for wellness shine through, and they made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my visit. I especially loved the invigorating combination of the ice bath and warm spa—it left me feeling energized, restored, and completely at peace.

A bathhouse with a purpose!
The Healing Garden Bathhouse is a truly unique experience. Unlike typical bathhouses, they limit attendee numbers, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The cold plunge therapy, guided by the owner, was a highlight. Though my first attempt lasted only 10 seconds, I pushed myself on the second try and managed 2 minutes, which felt incredibly rewarding!

The sauna is fantastic, and the spa bath, enriched with 50kg of minerals, leaves you feeling replenished and relaxxxed. If you’re considering it, take the leap as you won’t regret it! Highly recommend!

What a relaxing & healing experience. My girls and I truly appreciated the guided tour which without we would not have known how to best use the facilities or even believed we could do the cold plunge. Will definitely be back to enjoy the beautiful serene garden and Dessert!!

We had the most amazing time today visiting healing garden, John was such a lovely guy and had such an easy way about him. Myself , mom and sister had the best day we laughed, relaxed and put our bodies and minds to the test with the cold plunge. I will be back for sure what a treat and beautiful place.

I took my friend here yesterday for her birthday. We have been to o the bath houses before but this was extra special!… the owners are fully committed to their clientele by coaching you through the sauna/hot/cold baths and explaining the clinical benefits. They were flexible with us running late and we were lucky enough to be there for the kookaburra feeding. The setting is relaxing with a Bali influence and we felt super revived after.

This experience is unlike other Bath house experiences and we have done most. It feels like Bali and John and Jess meet you with the most beautiful energy. They explain and encourage you to connect with the process. I was absolutely not doing the ice bath and probably not the steam room. By the gentle encouragement of these wonderful souls I did both and actually achieved 5 mins in the ice bath. If you told me that morning I would have done that I would never have believed you. So many techniques to gently support and encourage your growth. Not sure they know just how wonderful they are. Thank you 🙏

Absolutely amazing - beautiful setting for a lovely intimate time with my Mum. We were lucky enough to have John guide us through the whole experience and learn so much about the body, mind & spirit to help immerse ourselves the whole time and really drift away to somewhere special. Highly recommended for such a more personal, safe & authentic experience. Supporting locals with being so close to home but far enough away from the noise of everything - and to be honest getting much more than expected was the bonus! We will be back - thank you!

Me and my partner have been to healing garden bathhouse twice now because we loved our first experience so much. John and Jessica don’t only show a welcoming, positive attitude towards their guests, but they also show care and knowledge about why the bathhouse soak is beneficial.
