These ladies are truly wonderful and dedicated to their customers' needs. I've never left unhappy with my nails. They are kind and helpful with colors and designs, always going above and beyond for their clients. I couldn't recommend this place enough! With the incredible designs they offer, the pricing is fantastic!

Very disappointing. I have been here a few times and my first visit was the best. Every single time after that I have booked my appointment and arrived either early or on time and have had to wait more than an hour. Today was the final straw. Will not be back. My time is valuable too. You clearly aren't making any improvements to improve your experience or wait time for customers as this was the 3rd consecutive time I've had to wait and extensive period of time.
I felt sorry for another customer who had a 430 appointment and was still sitting waiting when I left at 545. Ridiculous!
Then you charge a premium price. Not ok.

Hope you do improve for the sake of future customers.

Each of these ladies are very talented and skilled in bringing your creations to life.
Very affordable and the service is amazing! I highly recommend booking in for a manicure or pedicure to treat yourself!

I have gone to pretty much every nail salon in the area and nothing compares to magnificent nail spa. Jade is such a wonderful lady and all her staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to do a fantastic job. Everyone always adores the nail designs jade is able to do and their pricing is fair! Yes, there will be a wait time, but the quality of the final product outweighs a little wait time. I will never go anywhere else!

For 2 years I have heard and read people absolutely rave about this nail salon so I finally thought i'd give them a go and I am highly disappointed. I booked an appointment for BIAB and the whole thing was rushed there was no cuticle or skin tidying, there was only buff and drill to the nail. There are bits around my nails where the gel hasn't even been covered by and my nails are all different shapes! After this I got a pedicure which was also rushed, got zero dead skin off my heels, as mentioned before no cuticle and skin tidying and my big toe had a bit of nail broken off which was not even cut or filed down to make it straight it was just painted over and I was sent on my way ! After having high hopes and being so excited I will not be coming back

I consistently receive incredibly detailed and fantastic nail services here, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Jade is exceptionally welcoming and always pays close attention to my requests, perfectly delivering every time! The salon maintains a clean environment. It's advisable to make an appointment rather than walk in, as they often get quite busy.
