This Starbucks is the dirtiest one I've ever been too. It's feral. I would be surprised if they don't have a vermin problem considering the filth. It was truly disgusting. This was at 8.30am as well, but after a rough day of trade. 🤢

Wonderful experience here having breakfast for the first time.
Clean fresh atmosphere, nice outlook, big glass window frontage, gives you a feeling of space.
Great team members greet and assist with the choice of menu options.
The food is fresh modern, meaning the verities are catering to your dietary needs. Coffee ☕️ was wonderful.

Great banana bread, great flat white, but wow !!
The customer area is soooo dirty !
You have 4 staff behind the counter, and admittedly, you were probably busy earlier, but they caught up well by the time had finished my meal.
You need constant cleaning and rubbish collection.

We haven't had Starbucks on the Sunshine Coast for some years, so when I came to, of course, I had to stop in 😆.

Lovely store. Spacious. Plenty comfortable seating and lots of merch to purchase.
Great menu, something for everyone. Hot, cold, sweet, and savoury.

Friendly staff. They have a rewards app.
Free to download.

My son and I ordered cold drinks. A double chocolate chip frappe, hibiscus tea, and salted caramel frappe. All tasty drinks I'd order again.

Drive through available. Clean and tidy amenities. I'm looking forward to stopping by next time in town.

What a shame… this Starbucks was so dirty and filthy in every area. I’ve never seen anything like it… the floor is worst then a street sidewalk. (Seating,bathroom,floor,windows etc) all filthy… so after a couple of sips we realised we were sitting in filth. That completely spoiled the experience of sitting down and enjoying a coffee with family. It hasn’t been properly cleaned is a long time… also the staff were strange to talk to and slow to make coffee. No smiles and brightness in the eyes. Just hollow stares. Not friendly or warm/welcoming by any means. As you can see from the picture my son took his shoes off and just from standing and walking around our seating area got black feet.

I love working out of a Starbucks, and I am a regular at many locations. However this location for some reason is REALLY cold. It is uncomfortable to sit at some of the tables (especially the large table in the middle of the store). I have brought many people here and they all say it is freezing. I have tried many times to tell the staff that it is too cold and they just tell me they cant do anything about it. What a shame that I can't come and sit here (ordering drinks and food) for longer than an hour.

To be clear it's not a matter of preference, it is objectively very cold that I can't come to this Starbucks anymore. Perhaps I'll come one more time and bring a temp gauge to prove how ridiculously cold it is.
