Family adult birthday event. Came here after being at The Park, for dessert and cake. Great place to finish off the evening. Crepes were delicious. Good service. Came out quickly after QR code ordering. Would certainly come again.

If I could give less i would.
This is why places need management onsite when they are open.
These kids in there just don't give a crap.
Out of 9 empty tables 1was clean to sit at.
The girl was not listening when we ordered and stuffed the order up, then when it came it was so cold the crepes had gone this slimy consistency.
Then when I said I wanted a refund the girl says give me your name and number and I will get my manager to process refund tomorrow.
This place used to be good.

Unfortunately this location has very slow service even when the restaurant is not busy and they are serving overcooked crepes which are not pleasant. I did reach out to the restaurant before leaving a negative review to give them a chance to rectify, they offered me a refund but never sent it. Wouldn't recommend.

This place has so much potential unfortunately many things let it down. Firstly very understaffed and unmotivated staff.. Staff don't greet you on entry, they don't even seem to notice you or want you to be there. They talk to each other and just stand around which Is weird because tables needed clearing and food was all over floor. The place is very dirty. Needs a good clean. Was empty, we were the only ones there yet no tables were cleared from previous diners particularly outside areas. No attempt to do this was done while we were there either. Not very inviting to potential diners seeing a place empty with uncleared tables. Coffee was great but yeah pretty sad vibe overall.

We are regulars here and unfortunately today we experienced poor service. We love the crepes and service is normally great, but today it took 40 mins for our order to come out after a table of three who ordered after us. When we enquired we were met with attitude from the young female trying to make excuses without an apology and then brought the order to our table with no words. We could clearly see there was limited staff and that's why we didn't say anything sooner. This was just disappointing this time and my review is just for this time.

Mixed review of good food but terrible service. The crepes and drinks are fantastic but the slow service and couldn't care less attitude is disapointing. It was a quiet mid week afternoon with only 2 other customers eating and we felt like our order was an inconvenience to bother the 2 people who continued ignoring us for some time before they took our order. Then the food & drinks took a long time to come.

Ordered the banofee and it was one of the worst ive ever had. Crepe quality is blah. It’s almost like a pancake sheet so dry almost burnt. Caramel tasted straight out of a cheap supermarket bought bottle, cream was too much. Everything was too sweet nothing worked. 🫤 so disappointed.
