Went to this nail salon for the first time and it’ll definitely be the last time I go here. It cost me $75 for French tips and a week later my nails were coming off. I’ve had acrylic nails before but this is the first time this has happened. Wasn’t happy with how they did the white tips, they don’t look even and it looks dodgy.

Went in for an infill with a style in mind for Halloween. Showed Irene the reference photo and she was more than happy to accommodate. I also had a broken nail which she took extra care attending to, taking off the acrylic, cutting the nail and adding a new tip for stability. Super happy with how it turned out. I also pointed out some minor things to fix and each time she fixed them with no issues.

The first and last time visiting this salon, which was recommended to me by a family member who spoke highly of a young lady working there. Unfortunately I got a different lady, Bianca. I had intended asking for a SNS French manicure but as soon as she started working on my nails, I had very little confidence in her service so changed my mind and opted for a different colour to hide any flaws. Bianca rushed the entire process, paying very little attention to what she was doing and didn’t even ask which shaped nails I sought. She lacked professionalism, skill and demonstrated very poor customer service.

Today I was disappointed in the service. Felt like an inconvenience. Service was cery rushed.all I received was the old polish removed, a dodgy file and polish added. My nails feel terrible, lots of nail catching on things because of the rushed filing, nails are rough. No cuticle care, no massage, hot towel given for me to do. No wick treatment. Very unfriendly. Second attempt here, will not be a third.

My daughter went there today for the first time. The person glued her skin to the nail then had to rip off the glue leaving an open wound. She then proceeded to put acetone on the wound!

Went in for a mani pedi with regular polish. They were quiet so there was no wait time. The lady I had didn't speak any English and was painfully slow, it took an hour for the pedicure and I had to ask 2 staff members to remove more dead skin from my feet as the lady wasn't doing a thorough job. I was already given attitude for asking this. I had to wait 30 mins to be seen by the same lady for my manicure as she was busy doing another clients nails. When I received the manicure she cut corners and hardly pushed down or cut my cuticles and the paint job was atrocious. The service took 2 hours and I wasn't going to say anything until they asked me for $70 instead of the $60 quoted on the price list. They advised there is a $10 surcharge for painting the nails! I said this is not mentioned anywhere at their store or on the price list and the young girl then started yelling and swearing at me until her mum came over and charged me the $60. I have never seen such bad customer service and a breach of consumer rights. False advertising, horrible attitude and bad, slow job! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
