Quest Toowoomba is a very neat and tidy property. The rooms are clean and modern with all the usual amenities, kept to a high standard. It is a nice touch that they have plunger coffee and tim tams in the fridge (so much better than the usual packet of biscuits you get in motels).

Quest Toowoomba is an amazing place to stay for business. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. I had a good rest, and I was ready for my events and meetings the day after. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Its location is second to none.

For an expensive hotel rates, compared to others, not worth the money spent. Firstly the place was so hot, no air conditioning in elevator and hallways you could literally feel the heat. Secondly, the air cond would turn off when you entered the balcony area, giving the room heat again, this was so annoying couldn't really settle down. There was stench in the shower area that smelled of sewage. The parking arrangements are a farce, no secure spots, very limited, didn't feel comfortable at all with vehicle left out in the open, with current crimes in area, felt very annoyed, they even took the 20 fee to secure a spot undercover the following night, we checked out the very next day. For such expensive hotel, was not worth it, not by a long shot. The bedroom air con had a bad stench like it had never been cleaned, it didn't cool the room at all. Very uncomfortable stay, the staff didn't seem to know much about the parking arrangements.

Have now stayed here a few times, staff are lovely and always remember you, Astrid is one front office staff member who always goes above and beyond for guests. Rooms are always clean and housekeeping is efficient. Staff have always tried to accomodate my request on room type/level. The hotel is well located to numerous resturants and shops

The Quest hotel service is exceptional, with remarkable cleaners who diligently attend to the rooms daily. They ensure that the beds are made and all necessary items are replenished. The reception staff demonstrates utmost friendliness and provides exceptional assistance.

The facilities were all modern, clean and worked well. The staff were also super helpful. The only minor drawback is that there is nowhere to sit outside for lunch, however it’s only a short walk to Queens Park.
