Based on takeaway order only, service was friendly and quick. Glad to see the Barista using Milk Lab alternative milks, the quality is very good. Nice coffee and tasty mixed berry muffin with cream cheese frosting.

Had a nice lunch at Muffin Break in stocklands. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Muffins were heated up as asked for. Coffee and Hot chocolate were perfect temperature and the texture was great. Another great experience

Just had lunch at Muffin Break. Chicken in my sandwich salty, relatives latte smelt and tasted funny. Gave feedback to young person as relative didn't drink their large coffee and she said someone easy had just complained too yet seemed unfazed by it. Just ok food won’t be back.

I would just like to defend our Muffin Break cafe on Daniel Twidale’s false review…Im Troy the Owner of the store and was the only male working on the day this accusation was made of floor food been put into a drink!!! All of my staff as well as myself pride ourselves of good, clean, polite and fast service and all of our loyal customers that Know Karen and I would know this is not the practice we use in any of our stores…So Daniel next time there is a Problem please take it up with me instead of putting false information on our page.

Received wrong order from a young girl with a big nasty attitude and blamed us for apparently accepting it..!
We WERE regular customers!
Owners are lovely,but when you are away a few of your female staff are NOT nice to your customers 😕

A lovely cafe and brilliant staff. I came here to work, I needed good coffee and a comfy corner and Muffin Break was the best spot. Troy, the owner is incredibly friendly and made sure I was topped up with regular coffee.

I dont live locally so it was lovely to speak to Troy and if I come back to Hervey Bay again ill definitely be popping in to say hello and enjoy another lovely coffee and cake. 5 star all round!

Went to muffin break in Hervey Bay stockland got a white hot chocolate one of the worker's drop the marshmallows on the floor then pick them up instead of putting them in the bin he put them in my drink

Coffee and muffins quite good, but I don't know why they open until 2 pm on a Sunday and the restaurant is closed by 1 pm and you have to sit outside. This happens on other days as well. Certainly don't make you feel welcome 😞
