We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and the bore water soak in the twin bath tubs. Very romantic soaking together under the full moon. The campsite was far enough away from others, and the night was quiet. We intend to return and experience the private cool spring baths.

Amenities maintained in high quality rather then quantity. Good stopover campsite between Tom Price and Exmouth. Retains originality. The caves and Sunset hill within camp are unique and memorable. Additional day is required to do four wheel drive tracks large area under locked gate, get the key and map from Reception if you stay here. Two wheel drive may be able to do it mostly if you take it nice and slow, just corrugation, nothing extraordinary. But the sight seeing is excellent. Dinner is very famous and so to avoid disappointment book before you arrive here. In the two nights we stayed. It got full. Not just another campsite and you will never forget the stay if you give the time it deserves. Community fire and customer service are exceptional. Workers and owners show passion like no other place.

Amazing place stayed an extra night. Water is hot plenty of artesian baths toilets and showers. A favourite of our trip. Little shop opens in the arvo. Suitable for all vans and RVs. Just check the weather for road conditions. Plenty of room for groups and everyone lovely. Can book when arrived if preferred but best when have reception online

We stayed at the Shearer’s Camp & it was magical. The stars in the night sky. The powered site was great cause it was a hot night. Evening walks & early morning walk was brilliant. We did visit the hot artesian bathes but we never indulged due to the weather. |Beautiful spot to unwind & vist. You do need to go off the beaten track tho. Highly recommended will revisit in a heartbeat. Ps. Did I mention the awesome wildlife. Love love loved it.

We camped here, the baths are really nice with the artesian water flowing in, a great way to end the day soaking in the tubs with a drink.
The facilities here are great, clean and tidy, plenty of room for tents, vans and vehicles

Rustic outback artesian baths. It’s remote, basic, but unique. We spent 2 nights and shared the place with 3 other campers. Very clean flushing toilets and showers and plenty of baths at varying temp along the creek bank. The bar opened in the afternoon but there was limited shade and the drinks were a little expensive. Plenty of wild life and we did enjoy the remote experience . There is no power at the bore camp but you can fill up on water at a tap point.

This place was recommended by people on utube but I have to disagree with their positive opinions. We stayed at the powered section (8 km from the hot baths) and it was dusty, as many vehicles drove past at speed, (mostly employees) and uncomfortable with very limited shade areas. The amenities were clean but needed caution walking to them due to the presence of snakes. |The hot bath area was unloved. The dirt roads were shocking, surely a grader over them from time to time would be appreciated.

A great unique experience. So peaceful and so much space to find your own spot. Gaylene and Glen were great hosts and very helpful in rescheduling our private bath experience. So much wildlife…birds everywhere and the “12 pack” of emus each morning.
