Couldn’t get a better location! Right on the beach, these beautiful peaceful apartments are absolutely perfect!
Very high standard of cleanliness and beautiful decor with a lovely balcony with table and chairs to sit with a morning coffee and a view of the water.
Very close to shops and eateries.
I would definitely recommend and certainly will be returning.

Excellent room, location and price!
My partner was very impressed when he saw the massive TV on the wall. The location is great, the sea view room definitely had a nice view of the sea. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the carpet is great quality and super soft to walk on. Plenty of supplies for breakfast - even if we were to run low, there is a number we can contact to get more if needed.
I also really liked the contactless check in. The instructions given to us through message were very clear and easy to follow. Very happy that we also had our own guaranteed secure allocated park which was great.
Will definitely stay here again when we are in Hervey Bay next!

We have stayed here twice. The owner has done a great job of renovating this building & rooms.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and there was everything we needed (and more) provided. Communication with the owner was always prompt, helpful & friendly.

We chose this venue to stay at as it fulfilled all our requirements - it has an EV destination charger, the location is great, it has a fully equipped kitchen plus more.

It was perfect

Wow, this place is impressive, all the little extras that the others don't have. Huge TV comfy lounge, comfy beds, awesome kitchen.......AND!!! fresh eggs, bread, real Milk, real Vegemite, Jams and butter.
Beautiful renovation, impressive from the very front door, off street secure gated parking. Very reasonably priced.
Will definitely be back here.

Re reply: I could show all the proof you tried to blackmail for the deposit and good review,you’d better show everyone the proof I made the room messy, BTW I have been visit hundreds hotel I only left positive reviews on booking.com and google map, you are the first hotel forfeited my deposit and wants to ask another 250$ when I didn’t leave a glowing review you implied, you might be succeed in scamming customers for many times, but this time for me is big no!!!! Legal help will be on the way, if you wants to lure more customers show them your proof like what I did. You are the first hotel making your own policy by forfeiting customers deposit if they didn’t wash their drinking cups when they check out, does that even comply with the Australia hotel check out policy?! You are talking about leave room in a neat and tidy condition which leave you plenty of room to blackmail the customer to leave a good review otherwise their deposit would be gone, does that legal?! You claimed there is just misunderstanding if I leave a glowing review, I didn’t do that, then you ask booking.com for my payment without any proof i damaged the hotel, and made up lies on google review I made the house in a very bad condition also no any proof but only your plain words is that malicious defamation?! You claimed if I left bad review all the hotel association and platform will block and black list me, is that Malicious intimidation?! I have all the proof to back up what I said do you have?!
Friendly reminder another two hotels are under same management which means same “homemade check out policies”.
Scam hotel, everyone try to avoid, they find excuses to swallow your 100$ deposit and try to take further 250$ through the platform you book, when you tell them you will leave a bad review they blackmail you that you will be blocked by all platforms and association because of then bad reviews, everyone watch out this scam hotel. If you don’t mind a complicated self check in process and dont mind reading all their policies before you check in, don’t mind cleaning the house like you have never lived there, don’t mind pay three hundreds for one night living and pay 100$ for deposit which you will never get back and pay another 250$ for nothing else you have done but they claimed you damage the property, go ahead, that’s the hotel for you. Before I book this hotel all positive review now I understand why, cause the smart manger try use your deposit to blackmail you to do that, and treat you like you just got kindergarten degree so you will believe your bad review will end you up with being black listed by all the platforms and association. Hilarious!!!! Smart business sense!!! I hope this is the glowing review manager is implying me to leave, I know this won’t stop the manager triples the revenue by scamming visitors but watch out your pocket folks.

We booked two apartments last minute for an unplanned visit to the area following a family emergency. Arranging the booking was simple with good communication. The rooms exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed (and more) provided. More like a B & B. Along with secure parking meant we had nothing extra to worry about. Great location. Highly recommend.

Nice, quiet & private space. Sit at the center of the fun places. 2 mins walk to beach, self check in and out. Toast, eggs, milk, juices in the fridge and can make yourself a nice breakfast. Got EV chargers as well. Very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay at here. But the whole unit only got one air conditioner in the living room, that means you can’t close the door of the bedroom even during the sleep. Probably hot during summer but we will definitely come back if we stay in Byron bay again!

I had a fantastic weekend stay at the 549 luxury apartment located right across the road from the beach. The apartment was beautifully designed and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The stunning ocean view from the apartment was truly breathtaking. The location was perfect for beach lovers like me, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and luxurious getaway by the beach.
