We were left a bit underwhelmed with this stay. I didn't realise it was a share property. Residents renters and holiday . For me it just doesn't work. Always feels like I'm intruding. Plus so many body corp rules etc. The unit itself tho was spacious and comfortable enough . Clean . The pool was great. We did have a leaky air con unit . As it was the weekend there was no one to repair so lots of buckets of water were emptied. Monday came . No one came to fix as were meant to . At check out Tuesday no one seemed to really give a toss about it. For the price payed they can do better. The Front Ramada property is a better choice. Also a heads up for any smokers . No smoking anywhere on the property including balconies . Not a bad stay just expected better for the price .

We stayed here between Christmas and NY. There were 6 adults and 5 children across two apartments. ||Firstly the accommodation was perfect for us. Pool really big and great. Close to all the main parts of Hervey Bay.||The main aspect which wowed us was we left a bag with kids clothing in outside our car and left. We then also realised that one of the children had left an envelope with all of their Christmas money in the apartment!||We were about to ring when we found a message telling us the bag had been handed in and house keeping had brought the money to reception. Montana (and I think the gentleman was called Chris) we really helpful considering it was NY Eve. It gives you a lot of confidence booking a venue when the staff are so trustworthy and friendly.

Amazing accommodation with a pool & spa. We stayed in the apartments which was fantastic from a family point of view (2A and 2C) with lounge rooms, TV's, a spare room, a large main bedroom with a walk thru robe, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shared bathroom, a kitchen with D/W, stove & microwave, large fridge, washing machine and dryer, along with A/C!! A bit of of town so having a car is preferable but good access to public transport. Excellent access to the marina for meals or going on cruises around Fraser island.

Genuinely disappointed. The rooms were date. Air con only available in the living area (not bedrooms). Beds were super uncomfortable. Room was dirty; hair was all over the shower/shower caddy. Dryer in our room was broken

Staff are lovely & super helpful. Cannot fault them. Unfortunately, the facilities let them down.

Definitely not 4 star. There are far better places to stay in the bay at this price point.

We loved our stay here!!
We phoned and spoke to Luke who was able to accommodate all of our needs and last miniute reservation.
The 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed, with 2 spacious rooms, a seperate living room AND a seperate media room which we used as a 3rd bedroom for our baby.
The swimming pool was fantastic for little kids, had a shaded area and shallow spots of the kids to jump around and play.
We are already planning dates for our next visit next year, this time we will take a big group. Once again, thanks for a great stay!

This was part of our 'Great Sunshine Coast Road Trip'. Beware that there are two resorts with very similar names which can cause confusion like it did to me. The other resort is simply Ramada By Wyndam. When I did my research, I thought I was booking this resort but in the process I booked Whale Cove. Whale Cove is behind the other resort and much further away from the beach. We stayed in Unit 52 at the back of the complex. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bedding was good as well as the amenities within the unit. We did not realise that we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator, so if you are elderly or have trouble using stairs, be wary. We were not informed about the 'no elevators' and that we could be on a high floor AFTER we booked and paid the money. The advice came in a very lengthy generic email that contained booking cancellations and everything else (my fault for not carefully reading that I would have to advise them if I wanted a lower floor, but there was no guarantee that they could supply one).

Stayed in unit 74 paid $670 3 nights. Had to put up with 2 dogs, typically yappy muts, next door, off as early as 6a.m and mid afternoon or every time we went out etc. Not what should be charged at high price Room size and amenities in, good. Floors are just swept, but being all woodgrain tiles are full of rills that need to be washed out, dirty feet every time walked on. Small gardens front back, full noxious weeds. Pavers going out to spa insufficient to stop bringing dirt into verandah/unit. Pools over chlorinated to counter all the kids pissing in the pools. Says no smoking, buts out in the gardens says not monitered. Not what you should have to pay for the anoyances.

Dirt on floor. Cockroaches x2 in rooms and bathroom. Hairballs on ground. Dirty. Not nice. Will not return. Will go somewhere clean next time.
