My Dad is so happy here. The managers are so supportive, helpful and they genuinely care. Each time I visit, I get waves from anyone who's out in their yard. The common gardens are impeccably looked after. It brings me such peace-of-mind that my Dad is in a place surrounded by kind and caring people!

Lived here almost almost two years. Management and staff are great and look after the place very well. Great facilities, great social activities and a very friendly community. Surpassing my previous experiences in a similar community. Highly recommend Greenbank Gardens lifestyle village.

After looking into the prices, realising that after buying your home, you have to pay site fees for the land which are becoming equal to rental properties, they keep increasing while the pension is not, security is non existent. Services are far from what they state. On investigation this complex is not in comparison with price with other complexes in the area.

Good prices for comfortable homes. Site rent is comparative to other villages. Good facilities. 2 pools. Tennis court. Lawn bowls. Men's shed. Backs onto Boronia bushland. Bus at door hourly Monday to Friday.
