Amazing experience at this day spa. We had the vitamin C botanical facial. An hour of total bliss. There wasn’t a moment when I wasn’t being pampered. From the application of beautiful, smelling and feeling products To a blissful head, and hand Massage. Both Kayla and Twee were amazing. We will be back!

This was my first time getting a massage and facial and the experience was amazing! The lovely Asha took such good care of me she made me feel so at ease considering I was pretty nervous but we had a good laugh about all the jewellery I was wearing she was so lovely and kind and made my experience perfect I will 100% recommend her to everyone! truly was an amazing experience

I phoned and explained that I have an expired gift voucher, I was told over the phone that as long as I booked and had my voucher used within this week that it would still be honoured. I was incredibly grateful and booked my treatment for that week.
Upon arriving I was told that no one had spoken to me or told me that over the phone and the gift card could not be used.
Absolutely disgusted with the service and lack of accountability especially since I had phoned and had the conversation deliberately to avoid this kind of situation arising.
Be careful who you speak to you over the phone, get a name or record the conversation.
I would not recommend or be using this service ever again and will be taking this further.

My partner and I went for the Roman spa experience. We wanted to give it a try before we would bring friends.
When we walked in 3 ladies were standing at the desk and one of them asked if I was pregnant or trying. Which I found quite rude.
Another lady, Rachel, showed us the spa, she was very nice. She told us to turn the bubbles on in the spa but she never did.
The fruit, Juice and crackers with brie cheese was a nice add on.
The bath was lukewarm, like a bath you are about to finish, which I would have liked to be warmer.
You get your own private change room which is nice.
I was hoping there would have been more for the roman experience. Maybe a steam bath or sauna but this was it for 80 dollars.
The experience was ok, but I will not be back and we would not bring friends.

Just finished a 2.5 hr Tropical Island Package I was given for my birthday. OMG!! Katrina’s every move was intentional, gentle and well executed. What an incredible talent she has. I floated back to my car and to reality, but I would highly recommend Katrina to anyone needing to unwind. That package was perfect too with massage, scrub, facial, head and scalp mask. It was all there!! Thank you SO Katrina. It was just perfection

I so happy with my brows! I've had my brows done at nearly 10 different places and this is 100% the best by far! Taylah did an amazing job and was happy to keep tweaking them until they were exactly to my liking!

It was my first time visiting Aztec today, on arrival everyone was so kind and friendly… I had my pedicure done by Asher who was so lovely and genuine. We had a great chat and she made me leave feeling so relaxed and happy! The pedicure was so relaxing, honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Thank you!!! I will definitely be returning soon for other treatments ?
