Always a relaxing experience! Having your own music is a great addition! Fluffy towels and cold water! Our sauna was making a noise so was a little distracting when trying to relax but we will be back!

Absolutely amazing experience. I got a gift voucher for my birthday from one of my gorgeous friends. I got a sauna for 45 minutes and then I received a magnesium float tank for 60 minutes and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time I got to listen to a podcast That I have while I was in the sauna and also podcast while I was floating in the magnesium tank which was a really great experience. They also play music if you like as well and I found it really fantastic.
Staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Had lovely tea in between treatments and beautiful shampoos and conditioners and body wash that we used as well. Very clean peaceful environment for an infrared sauna. Cold water, towels & shower supplied. 45 minute session is perfect. Staff were very friendly & helpful. I’ll be back next week.

My experience of the sauna/float package was amazing. To complete it Matt's massage made me melt into an incredibly relaxed state. This was definitely a wonderful treat. I slept like a baby following this experience.
