Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Sports Recovery. The perfect place to mend injuries or give your tired body the boost it needs.
The team that manage it do a wonderful job and play a key role in maintaining the positive environment. The pools themselves are large, allowing plenty of space for guests.

Went here for the first time.
Awesome facility, did the compression / plunge combo for $30 which felt stupidly cheap these days.
Compression was good, 30mins in a nice recliner with a fan and Tv going.

Plunge was also solid 4 pools 2 hot 2 cold to cycle through. Left feeling a million bucks.

Also the kiwi bloke running the place is a good man, had a nice chat but not to the point of chewing your ear off. Knows his boxing pretty well.

Will definitely go back and recommend all my mates do to.

Well-equipped, reasonably priced, friendly team. After a physically intense work week I booked in for a hyperbaric chamber session, compression and the plunge pools. Left feeling like a new man. Highly recommended if you take recovery seriously. 10 stars if I could.

I have some injuries that doctors & medication did not help!
I was then recommended to try the
Sports Recovery Centre
Oxley Drive
Runaway Bay
by a friend.
So I went & met Bob.
He showed me around as I explained about my injuries, Bob then explained about the Hyperbaric Chamber on how it can repair damaged blood vessels, as well as triggering collagen growth, which leads to healing!
Well I can't believe how well l feel no more pain & no more medication!
It's amazing after a few sessions I could see & feel the difference!
I'm now walking 10 k a day with no pain!

The Sports Recovery Centre is definitely the place to go for Recovery of Mind & Body!

Such great facilities, everything you need and so affordable too! The guys that work the desk are so friendly and so knowledgeable. Always so welcoming and helpful. They’ve helped me so much with general from sports, comps and injuries too. They are life savers in there 🥰🥰

Had the best session and Bob was awesome! Brought my mum Rose in and had the Magnesium Pool and Compression Therapy. Will be visiting many more times in the future. How relaxing and therapeutic. Thankyou Bob!

I always visit this place when I'm here, great team, family 👪 owned business 👏 great customer service, the col and colder and warm plunge pools are a must, take ur sports team here for recovery, or your family , I always get the 3 treatment option UV Sauna and plunge pools and the compression leg system highly worth the $50 I spent, I 100 % endorse this business
