Amazing service, gym and overall experience. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a gym before. The staff are friendly and approachable. The other members make you feel like you belong and the utilities are fantastic. The sauna area is the most relaxing experience you need after a tough workout with the experienced trainers.

I joined Samsara two years ago and love it. The calming atmosphere and decor, state of the art training equipment and reformer beds, but most of all the incredible women who train and nurture us to set reachable goals in a caring environment and the members who support one another. It’s like a family!

The most beautiful place to be. Joining samsara is one of the best decisions I have made this year. It's not a clicky place, I feel so comfortable working out here and the staff are so wonderful! Big shout out to Michelle and Kate for being absolute legends. The classes are awesome and you are guided every step of the way if your unsure what to do. You will see every age, shape women in this building and there's 0 judgement by anyone. If you have been trying to find somewhere to work out where you feel safe and supported, samsara is for you! I have lost 10kg of body fat in 6 months and my body is starting changing back my old self which is great.

Now I upgraded my membership from 6-months to annual. 🙂 it becomes an essential part of my daily life.

Samsara is amazing! To open a gym not only for the body but for the mind is remarkable! Belinda has done an amazing job at curating a safe environment for women to come to workout. There is a lot of effort and care put into this gym for the well-being of women. The PTs take time out to make a 6 week program and also to show you how to do each exercise. I’ve been to other normal gyms before and have never expected as much care at the women at Samsara give. With all of the group sessions but also the personal care that goes into you is profound. I’ve recommended this gym to every women I know, it is truly magnificent. This is life changing for you well being!

Absolutely thrilled with this all-female wellness gym! From the moment you step inside, you're embraced by an incredibly supportive atmosphere that motivates and uplifts. The trainers are exceptional—truly top-notch—(shout out to Tilley) making it a fantastic place for anyone, whether you're a gym regular or someone who’s never set foot in one before. Kates Pilates will have you feeling tip top in no time and it isn’t a noisy gym with bright lights, more so a nurturing environment to prioritise yourself!

I wish I’d joined sooner. This is the most beautiful space I’ve been in - it honestly feels like a retreat. As a busy working mum I love that it’s open 24/7 and it offers a range of classes starting early and running til after work hours. The ladies are all very welcoming and there’s no gym egos here.
I always leave feeling really invigorated and look forward to every visit.
