My husband and I received a couples pamper package as a Christmas Present from our daughter. We could not have asked for a lovelier gift. Cory welcomed us, Katia and Jacob treated us to an incredibly relaxing massage. I also had a facial and to top it off we were offered Champaign and a platter of cheese and fresh fruit to finish the experience with. Easily a 5 star experience and highly recommended

My recent visit to Gold Coast Massage and Day Spa in Southport was a birthday gift that truly delivered relaxation and rejuvenation.

Here’s a glimpse into my soothing experience:
I indulged in a one-hour deep tissue massage with Jacob, who worked wonders on the tension and knots in my shoulders. His skillful hands eased away the stress, leaving me feeling lighter and revitalized. Afterward, I opted for a facial, which was the perfect complement to my massage.

Cory, the owner and operator, welcomed me warmly. His travels have inspired the spa's Asian-themed decor, creating a serene atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Once renovations are fully completed, I can only imagine how immersive this sensory retreat will become.

Walking out of the spa, I felt fantastic and ready to take on the world. The combination of expert treatments and a tranquil environment made for an unforgettable experience.

If you're looking for a place to unwind in Southport, Gold Coast Massage and Day Spa is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return for another session of bliss!

Worst service I’ve ever had, threatened and belittled. They’re not luxury, budget at best & use Aldi products

This is the worst, most unprofessional service I’ve ever been to. If you want what they advertise as “luxury” think again. They literally showed me pictures of products they used from ALDI after my daughter had a burn reaction to something I asked what products they use and they sent me that they use ALDI for sensitive skin. I also told the therapist before our treatment that my daughter is allergic to aloe Vera, they have it on camera and they didn’t ask me to put it on the form since I’d ask ready handed it to the woman, yet then used aloe Vera

This week when I was messaging them they put the blame on me as if I’m to blame knowing full well I told the staff. I also paid extra for reflexology which is what they promote on Groupon as an option and they barely even did a full body massage it was more a relaxation massage and not at all reflexology did not do the back, lower legs or my feet at all. They only did my daughters shoulders and arms not anything else either - we paid full body yet didn’t receive it ? Then they claim they know the therapists would have done it - complete invalidation of my daughters birthday experience as if she would lie about it

When I made a formal complaint being disappointed about the service we received they literally used my Instagram account and say I’m only complaining because I didn’t collaborate with them😂 - I paid full service price, they then went on to threaten me anything I write as a bad review threatening me they’ll sue me. At least I know my experience from the service I had is true and correct and won’t be threatened by these people I’m shocked I went through with the service walking into a dirty old dark building

I hope no one else ever experiences the low quality half unqualified service I received. They told me the staff are qualified for only remedial massage - so why offer reflexology then if they’re not qualified to perform it and why charge me extra if they didn’t do it?

Hated our service here, extremely uncomfortable this was the worst massage and facial experience I’ve ever had, sad to say it was a birthday present to my daughter. Such wasted money

5 stars! We booked in for a couple's massage for our anniversary. Amazing, kind and friendly staff. Made us feel very comfortable. The massage was so relaxing and they personalised the service per our own preferences. Definitely will be going back again 🩷
