First time I went they were good, but after an infill my nails are so damaged. One of the ladies used the e file too deep on my nail which hurt a lot and has split my nail in half and now I’ve been told I can’t get acrylic for two months and have to let my nails heal. This one nail that has split is causing me a lot of pain and all of my nails look ruined, pretty disappointed. I recommend Micky though she was great 🙂

I went to get a pedicure yesterday, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! Instead of cutting my cuticles, the lady pulled the skin off my big toes. I squealed in pain twice and told her it hurt, but I’m not one to complain, so I just dealt with the other toes. When she put on the undercoat, it stung like crazy! After she finished, I wasn’t happy with the poorly applied nail polish, but I couldn’t get them to fix it because I was worried about how much nail polish remover would sting.

My 9-year-old daughter also got a manicure at the same time, and after she told me that her cuticles were sore and that a few of her fingers were bleeding before the nail polish was applied.

We did get a 15% discount when I mentioned this before I was charged, but I don’t think that was enough to make up for the pain I’ve been in. My toes have been really sore today, and every step I take hurts, especially my big toes.

The best nail salon in Westfield Coomera! I’ve tried all the others, and this one stands out. The staff are attentive, friendly, and truly understand what you want. They take their time and never rush the process. I’m extremely happy with the results—thank you! ☺️ my pedi looks amazing too!

Professionail at Westfield Coomera have for the last few years that I have attended been consistently friendly, supportive and most importantly great at what they do. They always remember your name even if it has been a while. And when you come to them with crazy nail art ideas to support your child’s sports team, or for Christmas or special occasions, they are always more than happy to do their best to help. My nails always come out looking shiny and perfect, see pics attached (Excuse my dodgy weird fingers, but the nails are pretty). Thank you for being one of very few constants in this ever changing world.

I arrived at 12:25, they asked me to come back at 12:45 so I did. They sat me in a chair for a pedicure. At 1:15 someone attended to me, an older looking lady. She actually cut one of my toes and it started bleeding. She put too many layers of polish on, so the colour is much much darker than the sample. I was then sat at a table for my manicure. I waited 20 minutes for the same lady to come and attend to my fingers. When she was finished with the manicure part, a guy came over and checked it. He asked another lady to fix up the cuticles that the previous lady had done. The second lady did a great job, she put two good layers of polish on and it came out the exact same as the sample. I told them that the first lady had cut my toe and they offered to “fix it”. Not sure how you fix a cut in skin but whatever. I was never offered any water (I know they usually do). I was given a $5 discount for being cut but had to pay parking at Westfield as it was no longer free because this mani pedi took over 3 hours! Now I have fingers and toes that don’t match (toes are darker) and I have a sore toe which was cut and I really only saved $2 because parking is $3. Don’t go here

My elderly mum and I tried this salon for the first time this week and we were very impressed indeed. The salon was very nicely decorated and fitted out, they had a great selection of colours etc in an easy book form to look through, and the staff were very polite and knowledgeable. My mum has French tips done and she said that they are the best ones that she has had for a while. My mum had injured her hand earlier in the week and they were very gentle with her. I had my infill done and was very impressed by the whole process. We were very happy with this salon and will definitely go back.

Absolutely stunning these are the best nails I have ever had done in my entire life. The team did amazing job to make my nails look absolutely perfect the attention to detail and the care they took cleaning up my nails and is incredible. And to accept my walk in on a busy Saturday. Honestly phenomenal have never been so impressed.

Manager was friendly and welcoming, lady who started my pedicure was lovely. The lady who finished my pedicure and did my manicure was not friendly at all. Had gel polish on my nails and not even a week later 3 nails have snapped and 3 are chipped.
