Beautiful on-resort spa. They offer a range of packages for various treatments and also take private health cover for some of the treatments.
Staff were friendly and good at what they do. Price was a smidge high, but that's to be expected in a resort and in a tourist destination!

The staff here do an incredible job. It was one of the best spa experiences I've had. The rooms are all totally private and very relaxing.
Sometimes, there is a little noise bleedthrough from the adjacent pool if kids are being overly rambunctious, but it's hardly distracting.

I'd hurt myself and needed a remedial massage to help me alleviate pain in my lower back. Shiva was fantastic. She worked on my lower back and glutes, located and eased a few knots in my back, neck and shoulders and gave me an all over/ balanced remedial massage. She checked my pain levels throughout the massage and made sure I was ok. I felt relaxed and pain free after my massage. Well worth the price.

Wouldn’t recommend for a pregnancy massage, therapist didn’t seem confident to give any pressure even after I asked, the pregnancy pillow was comfortable but wasn’t taken away when I had to turn onto my back, after the massage the therapist said finished and left straight away and I was left stuck 29 weeks pregnant dipped into a pillow with no help to get out. Also no hot towel to remove oil or water offered after. I was hoping for a proper massage and the day spa luxuries for the price paid. I’ve had better at shopping centres.

My partner and I are visiting from Melbourne. I had a facial and my partner had a full body massage, we both found the experience to be nothing short of fantastic! My facial included some massage on my neck and shoulders as well as my chest, arms, scalp and even feet! My partner opted for deep tissue relaxation and was so happy with his service too! We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!

It was nice enough and they seemed lovely, we got a couples massage and mine was the mamas one as I'm 4 months pregnant, full body and says it includes feet and scalp. Prior to entering the room I said i would like it as firm as possible where it was safe, upper arms and shoulders were fine, and upper legs , but scalp felt like a head scratch and she didnt touch the feet or hands at all! I was quite disappointed after paying $120 for 1hr and not even getting the full service, even having spoken to them beforehand.

Completely relaxed and enjoyed every minute of my full body massage. Staff are gorgeous there and make you just want to book another massage for the next day!!! Prices are affordable and the shop is stunning. Recommend you get something from here when you stay at Ramada
