The best on the business, I have been to many spas all over Australia including 5 Star hotels and this by far beats all of them.
The main POD - having the sauna and spa private for your own use- no mixing with other guests, created a very intimate and personalized experience. The massage was also top notch - left feeling like a new person! Highly recommend.

It was the best massage I've ever had. Mayra is not only a great professional but also really nice and warm. She makes you feel comfortable, and the atmosphere is super cosy and relaxing. In addition, at the end of my appointment, she taught me some exercises to stretch the areas where I usually accumulate tension. I will come back for sure and recommend the experience 100%.

Two of us had an amazing hour long massage with Mayra and Laura. The bathhouse is very relaxing and a great start and way to warm up your muscles ready for the treatment. Remember to come before your booked massage to use the bath house.
The massage itself was super relaxing with beautiful oils and a quiet environment to let yourself go. My massage with Laura felt very gentle but she obviously did get into my muscles. I walked out feeling straight and flexible.
I definitely recommend the Deep Retreat at Port Douglas and will be back there again next time I’m in FNQ.

If I could leave more stars, I would.
I had a two hour massage and facial with Chiara, both excellent. She explained the process before she began, gave me a firm massage with some hot stones, then a multi stepped facial. So good.
Hot bath and/or Sauna beforehand, shower afterwards.
Very professional, friendly, immaculately clean.
I am a massage junkie, have them everywhere I can in the world, and this one is up there with the best.

My partner and I bought the couples package and walked away on clouds. The massage therapists are both highly skilled (my partner is a massage therapist himself) and very friendly. The spa experience is very calming and intimate. Our visit was one of the highlights of our trip!
