The worst experience! I booked in for a lash infill they ran late which is fine as they told me. I filled a form out sat on the bed and she started to lash and didn’t ask what I wanted I then explained to her what I usually get and she said no worries she took 40 minutes for a lash infill but in between then left me to do a brow wax ! She came back after the brow wax and then continued and had a walk In brow wax and tint so left me again to do the walk in ! My lashes then cost more then what I first got told and it is a very natural set ! I asked for volume ! I am so disgusted

I came in to make an appointment not even knowing what could be done. I had overplucked 80's eyebrows and didn't know how I could meet the current trend for lovely thick eyebrows. Then I meet Anu... she was absolutely lovely, gentle and warm. I could not have asked for a better service. On top of that, I now have the most amazing lashes and brows (I have to keep looking in the mirror:). Thank you Anu, you are certainly a credit to your workplace and made this older lady feel beautiful again!

- Appointment Issues: Originally scheduled for 1 PM but rescheduled to 2 PM, which I understood given how busy salons can be.

- Brow and Waxing: Those services were fine, but the eyelash extension appointment was unacceptable.

- Eyelash Extension Experience:
- Laid on the bed for 2.5 hours while the lash technician answered the phone multiple times, talking over me.
- The technician left me several times to attend to other clients, creating a very stressful environment.
- Constant interruptions from customers coming in and out.
- Loud noise from children yelling added to the chaos.

- Post-Service Issues:
- I was told to hold a fan because glue had gotten in my eyes, making it difficult to open them as they were stuck together.
- After the lashes were finished, I was left waiting to pay with no acknowledgment from the staff until another customer pointed it out.
- I was quoted $144 for the service and was given a $20 discount for what was a torturous experience, which I found inadequate.

Conclusion: I strongly advise against visiting this salon. There are better local businesses that prioritize their clients’ comfort and professionalism. My experience here was torturous.
