The apartment was clean and close to the beach. The welcome pack is a great idea and contained some yummy treats. All staff members were welcoming and very helpful. I had a great stay at ULTIQA Shearwater and will return for sure. Very good value for money.

5-Star rating for the price, rooms very clean however a little small, view excellent with a balcony that was really nice. Service was the nicest and most friendly I have experienced; every single request or interaction was superb. Location, across the road from the beach, just perfect. I will return but hire a bigger room.

Location was fabulous, directly opposite the beach and several eating options in the area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Our apartment was clean and tidy but does need some items updated and a few minor maintenance repairs. Considering the age of the building, everything was kept clean around the public areas.

Loved this place. Great location. Great studio room. Spacious and clean. A good layout. All staff at the resort were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The welcome basket was an unexpected and delightful surprise. We’ll be back.

Fabulous weekend away here. We booked a studio , albeit very small it was perfect for 2 for 3 nights. Can`t get better with location, cafe downstairs, beach across the road, boardwalk walks across the road. We loved the welcome hamper - first time I have ever received one and it was fabulous.

From the very easy check in and throughout our whole stay we had a wonderful time at ULTIQA Shearwater Resort. The room was well equipped and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy Kings Beach. It was in a great location, really easy to get out to some lovely restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a fantastic time at ULTIQA Shearwater Resort Kings Beach. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed for a quick getaway including coffee shops, restaurants and the beach! The room was clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Jake who organised for a welcome pack and kindly checked us in early. Highly recommend.

Great view from the balcony. Nice neighbourhood. The room was comfy, but we did lack a few basic cooking items (oil, salt and pepper, a few spices etc) and a few more small 'homey' touches. When we initially booked, breakfast each day was to be included, however the goodies basket that replaced didn't feel of equal value. A great spot in a nice area, however, being penny pinched on an apartment costing more than $400 night left a slightly sour taste.
