We had the most incredible experience with Port Douglas Wedding and Hire on our special day! From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed of.

A huge thank you to Jade, who was simply amazing! She was so supportive, detail-oriented, and made sure every little thing was perfect. Her kindness and expertise made the entire process stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help bring our vision to life.

Myself and my husband had the pleasure of working with Jade for our Wedding in August 2023 at the Sea Temple Pullman Palm Cove. From start to finish it has been an absolute dream ❤️ and the end result was perfect.

Being from Melbourne and not up in the area, Jade was always on hand to answer our 10000000’s of questions over the last year and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way.

Jade and team were on hand on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly and the styling/decor looked awesome and matched exactly as our initial inspiration pics. Jade even took the time to style individual pieces provided by us to ensure they fit in well with the overall vibe.

The best decision we made after deciding on having a destination wedding in Port Douglas was hiring Karlie as our Event Planner and stylist. Planning a destination wedding can be quite challenging, but Karlie made the process much smoother and enjoyable with her guidance and support. Her expertise and local connections with trustworthy suppliers were incredibly helpful. Karlie's skills, care, dedication, attention to detail, and delightful personality were outstanding. Jade is a truly outstanding professional - from beginning to end she was responsive, warm, pro-active and calm. Despite the numerous requests and changes we threw her way (including two COVID related reschedules and complete format changes), she remained unflappably patient and helpful.

The day itself went seamlessly - the venue set-up, catering and staff were all first-class. Every detail was attended to and every change that we requested right up to the ceremony was catered for without fuss. The location speaks for itself...

Absolutely amazing! They worked their magic on my wedding and it turned into a perfect day. Everything looked beautiful and all vendors the booked and recommended were top notch. I started with Karlie then Tess then Maddy all who seamlessly handled everything and made it super easy being a destination wedding. We had a last minute change in the layout due to weather and Maddy handled it so perfectly you wouldn't even know. I can't thank them enough for how perfect my day was
