I had my Wedding here 13.07.24 and it was Magical to say the least. Kristine was my coordinator and she was fabulous. I received the best service from her and the rest of the staff. I had been living in Canberra and only did two visits with Kristine in person and all communications were done via email. She was very responsive and understanding with me.

We hosted both our Civil Ceremony and Wedding reception at the Hills Lodge, they allowed for me to have my have my Civil Ceremony at 9am and then my Reception at 1pm since I had a Religious Ceremony that I needed to have at 11am. Most venues don't allow that, but the Hills Lodge made things possible for me which I am absolutely grateful for.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel as well as some of my guests and they all had the best customer service from all the staff. We dined at the restaurant too and it was 5/5 the service as well as the quality of the food.

I’ve been pretty much living at this hotel while up in Sydney for the past 3 months. Today is my last week and I feel sad to not be coming back. Every now and then I would be booked at another place close by and I was devastated not to stay at the lodge! Staff are friendly, rooms always clean and huge! Remembering my face and name was a huge service plus. Parking is always available and I have stayed when they’ve had a few events on at once on weekends. The restaurant doesn’t have a lot of menu choices but honestly that would be because of how long I was stayed, for any normal person it would be decent! And what they do have is really great food! In total there’s probably been about 10-12 rooms I’ve stayed in and all of them have been well cleaned and have lots of space. A huge thank you to the team at the Lodge. It’s been so great staying here for the past few months (writing the review from my room during my last stay!)

I was at a function after a funeral. The service and staff were impeccable.
Family members stayed here overnight and again, the service and staff were excellent. I haven't heard ANY complaints, put it that way. And we would have heard, believe that!
Google Maps got us directly to the door, so I have to say that it was easy to find. It has plenty of parking.
From what I could see, the front desk is always staffed.

Stayed here with my 8 year old daughter for a weekend together and couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed the High Tea and the buffet breakfast, which were both great and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Particular thanks to Kash, who was incredibly warm and kind to my daughter, who now wants to go live there. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Friendly staff made us feel welcome & went above and beyond. Cleanliness was impeccable. My husband and I had a lovely time. Comfortable rooms, great amenities. Highly recommend! 5 stars! Perfect getaway. Will definitely return!

Stayed here for three nights for business and conference. |Will go through pros and cons.|Pros: lush carpet in the room, friendly staff, comfy bed, block out blinds, good shower, shower cap, microwave, hangers in robe, extra blanket in robe, replaced amenities, desk and chair. Spare pillows. An iron and hairdryer. Able to lend me an iphone charger (it didnt work, but they tried). Conference rooms in the same building- so very easy. Good pens for the conference. Pretty good range of food during the conference - sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit etc. |Cons: noisy every night when trying to sleep (basketball- or some other sport played until late in surrounding hearing area, drunk laughter in corridors, loud voices outside etc), not able to personally change the temperature mode (aircon on the first night- i froze), late cleaning (room not cleaned until 2 or 3pm), tricky power points- close to the ground, so might be hard for physically impaired or older people. I ordered room service each night- had to ask for cutlery each night. After the first night asked for extra sauce- did not get this. I ordered the same item each night- salmon salad... first night 5 pieces, second night 4 and final night 3. Seriously smaller and smaller as the stay progressed. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Throughout our conference there was leaf blowers, mowing, and other ground work which just disturbed us. Also the coffee machine was out of service a fair percentage of the time, and the water for tea cold most of the time- needing replacing.

My Bridal Shower was held here at The Hills Lodge inside the Nobles Restaurant and it was PERFECT.

We were a group of around 30 and the room was set up beautifully. The team were incredible before the event as well as during. They made me feel like such a special guest and not just because I was the Bride to be, they made all our guests feel special.

We had high tea and the food was delicious! They accommodated our guests with dietary requirements and everyone enjoyed the food so much, they even let us take home our leftovers!! All the drinks were great too, the entire high tea experience was perfect.

None of our guests wanted to leave, we went over time but the staff didn't make us rush or anything. After the event, everyone was just in a great mood, feeling so happy and full. And the grounds were just beautiful. It couldn't have gone better (but it could have gone longer!)

I cannot recommend The Hills Lodge more, they were so accommodating. I can't wait for another reason to have an event here. I will be back soon!

Lovely place to stay, location, parking, presentation, cleanliness & comfortable bed, will definitely stay again. Our family had 4 rooms & each was very clean, the staff were friendly. Was quiet considering is on major road, the gardens are nice to have a few happy snaps with family before our event.
