I was lucky enough to have my first colonic @ Naruby Wellness yesterday and oh my goodness was I amazed at how comfortable I felt having it done. The girls made me feel so good and it was actually really easy - I was pleasantly surprised ☺️
The feeling once it was finished and now the next day is incredible. My stomach actually feels amazing. I cannot wait to go again.
Thank you soooo much Crystal for making this experience so amazing.
I can honestly highly recommend having any treatment here.

I am disappointed that it has come to leaving a review as I gave the owner of Naruby Wellness, Crystal 4 months to come to a fair resolution but she has no interest in doing so since she already has my money for a service I was physically unable to use due to my health.

I was a loyal customer of Naruby Wellness and spent over $2000 in treatments and looked forward to coming in for them. I prepaid for a multiple treatment package and used them over a few months. I had to cancel my last appointment that was prepaid for due to being sick. I provided a medical certificate to the owner Crystal and let her know that I was happy to pay the $50 cancellation fee- as per the cancellation policy on my booking confirmation email. Crystal is refusing to refund me any of the money I had prepaid for the appointment that I was physically unable to make due to being sick. My appointment was also booked before the prepaid package expired but had to reschedule due to being unwell which was communicated and confirmed prior with Crystal. Crystal told me in an email that she had 30 days to refund my money from when I sent her the medical certificate so I waited the 30 days and still nothing. I then lodged a dispute with Fair Trading and Crystal said that she would come back to me with a ‘goodwill offer’ which she never did. I even offered to meet halfway and receive a half refund of the money I had prepaid for the sake of coming to a resolution but Crystal still didn’t want any part in this since she already had my money. It’s extremely disappointing and disgusting that Naruby Wellness prides itself on being ethical except there is nothing ethical about my experience with Naruby Wellness and trying to come to a resolution. It is also extremely sad that this is the path Crystal is willing to take after telling her about my disabilities and the constant difficulties I have with my health. I really hope no one else has to go through this and urge you to be careful when booking with Naruby especially if you buy prepaid packages like I did.

As well as refusing to refund any of my money, Crystal also used my before and after images without my permission with a misleading description advertising my photos implying that this is what I looked like after 2 sessions when in fact, the photos were from more then 2 sessions. I contacted Crystal multiple times asking her to remove my photos as I didn’t give her permission and it’s not something I would ever be comfortable with. It wasn’t until I got Fair Trading involved that she finally removed my images from both her social media platforms.

Everything I have said in my review is factual and have proof if Crystal replies to this denying what has happened or twisting my words. After my experience, I can no longer recommend Naruby Wellness and urge others to beware so they don’t have to go through the same ordeal as I have.

After receiving the RF tightening on my face I was blown away. After 1 treatment I could notice a difference. I would recommend this treatment to everyone on the sunny coast. Friendly, knowledgeable staff 🙂
