Lovely owner and business. Today’s remedial massage quality was definitely not worth 80 dollars. The business offers 5 dollars of the price but does not take it off the price when you go inside. Walked past Naked man open to the public to see curtains not drawn. Very unsettling to experience this when it was my first experience at the business. Will not be going back:(

I went to this business based on the reviews and a personal recommendation and thought I was very lucky to be a walk in last Thursday around lunchtime. Ladda said it was good timing as she did not have any appointments for an hour. I asked for the 30 minute massage for $50, Ladda pointed the board showing the cost which I confirmed was correct. During our chat she took another booking on the phone for 1pm, noting it was 12.40pm and I had a 30 minute massage I assumed there was another worker in the back who would be free at that time. She was quite rushed and flustered but I proceeded with the booking. The massage started off OK and during the massage early on she advised she had to wash her hands which I thought was strange so left for a couple of minutes and then came back and continued with the massage which I was not enjoying and then i heard the bell on the door and Ladda left again during my massage to escort the person to the room for her 1pm booking. All of a sudden she tapped me on the shoulder and said all done. I checked my phone as the massage started at 12.45pm and ended at 1.05pm. As I paid for thirty minutes I then advised it had only been twenty. The masseuse stood there and looked blankly like she was caught out and didn't know what to say. Then she looked at me and said 'what do you want me to do? as she had already charged my health fund and I had paid the difference. She then said, fine get back on the table and I'll give you another ten minutes. Now that this was very uncomfortable and I was upset at being cheated of my money I said I wasn't comfortable with her continuing the massage. I got dressed and went to the front desk and she asked me again what I wanted her to do. She then started to say I was mistaken and that any massage 30 minutes or less is a minimum $50 and that I knew it was 20 minutes. Up until this point I was still polite but firm but then I said very clearly that she had done the wrong thing, she had confirmed with me the time and price and had pointed to the board which i had confirmed. she then decided to give me back $10, practically throwing it at me. I said to her she had done the wrong thing and she knew it and that I came there on a recommendation of a local business that I love and the reviews online. I never raised my voice during this time but I wasn't going to be used and pushed out the door. I work hard for my money and don't like being cheated or taken for granted. I like supporting local business and this absolutely ruined my afternoon. I call the other local business I frequent to advise that their recommendation was terrible and what had occurred. I use this platform to give reviews good and bad, mostly good but this was such a disappointment and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. If you are getting a massage I would confirm that start and finish times to ensure you are not being cheated.

Highly recommend this place, which was warm, welcoming and non-rushing. Ladda was thorough, friendly, professional and was able to identify sore spots even those that i didn't mention. Was accommodating of requiring varying pressure levels and most importantly had a great attitude. Privacy screens for the rooms and i believe there's a separate enclosed room as well. 5 stars.

I was needing a deep tissue massage due to pain and ache in my shoulders and neck.
I usually go for a remedial message but due to requiring a walk-in, I gave Heaven on Earth a crack.
Hands down, best neck shoulder massage I’ve had.
I walked out feeling a million dollars and all my aches had resided.
Definitely my new local moving forward.

The best Thai massages I’ve experienced. especially Isabella is just wonderful masseuse . She was caring and knew exactly which areas to concentrate on to relieve my tight shoulders and release my stress. She took her time and genuinely wanted to give me the best massage. Very attentive and knew when and where to apply pressure. I was very very impressed. Great service, amazing massage and relaxing and clean space. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back soon !!
