Ate at the restaurant and can not fault the service or the food.
Big shout out to Billy for his assistance with getting my rewards and pub+ cards set up.
All team members were very polite and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Had the wagu and the kids cheeseburger. The steak was one of the best steaks I have had and my very fussy kids enjoyed their burgers very much. Would definitely recommend the food

Kids room is super grubby and they kept asking for money as there is lots of claw type machines where they don't win anything.
Also only one vegan item on the menu. $25 for a lettuce based salad with no protein.

The state of the carpet in the room is disgustingly dirty. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I notice the cleaning staff do not even have a vacuum cleaner to give the room a once over.
Had dinner and was also disappointed with the quality of the surf and turf. The prawns and squid were swimming in a tasteless creamy soup which was supposed to be garlic cream sauce. The steak was ok.
The staff on the other hand were all extremely lovely.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Villa Restaurant & Bar! The atmosphere is both fun and stylish, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The food was exceptional, and the cocktails were on point. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. A big thank you to Tara for recommending and serving us all night, definitely a 5-star spot!

NO power points?
Microwave, Fly screens, Towel Rails, Bathroom shelf, Ice tray, No utensils z, No Smoking signs in rooms. Ceiling damaged .
Plus side: Good Beds and pillows!

The main meals were good. However I was served the world’s smallest Seniors desert. A piece of cake a bit larger than a dice, a cut strawberry that was bigger than the cake and a blob of cream from a spray can. 2 small bites and it was all gone. We thought there must have been hidden cameras waiting for our reactions. I think we laughed for 10 minutes.
