I needed help..I had major spinal surgery with nerve damage still in both legs, followed by knee surgery, and previously an active person. I was lost, depressed and had no self worth.
Lakeway Cottage appeared on my FB feed..I met with Lisa and her energy, and advice is helping me to let go of what I am feeling.
I have weekly massage and healing on my back and legs and have also joined her body wise program, which has been a great experience and just what I needed to get back on track.
